There have not been many unsung heroes for the Oilers or Golden Knights in this series. For the most part, the players who would be expected to lead the way on the scoresheet have done so. Vegas has done a good job of weathering the storm against Edmonton in this series, but has yet to do it in consecutive games. Regardless of the outcome, offenses should be on top in this one, which will make it a very entertaining game to watch.

Here are my favorite NHL player prop bets for Sunday’s Game 6. You can also check out our NHL picks.

Leon Draisaitl anytime goalscorer (+185)

The Golden Knights have done a great job of neutralizing Leon Draisaitl over the last 3 games. He has come back down to earth a little bit with just 1 point in those 3 games. If Edmonton can win the next 2 games to advance to the Western Conference Finals, it will surely be because some combination of Connor McDavid and Draisaitl carried them there. Draisaitl has logged more than 23 minutes of ice time in 3 of the 5 games in this series. With the Oilers’ backs’ against the wall in a must-win, Jay Woodcroft will have his best players on the ice as much as possible. Draisaitl will be one of a few Edmonton players who is likely going to be double-shifted and see a ton of ice time and look to reverse recent results.

Between the regular season and postseason, Draisaitl now has 13 goals and 4 assists in 9 games against the Golden Knights. That is a ridiculous 1.44 goals per game from a single player. Not points per game. Goals per game. That is just crazy. At some point it becomes difficult to believe that Vegas can keep him quiet much longer, especially at home. Draisaitl has done his best work at home this season. In 40 games played on the road and 40 games played at home, he had 55 road points and 73 home points during the regular season. In the playoffs he has 4 goals and 7 points in 5 playoff games. Draisaitl looking to avoid elimination will be a scary opponent for Vegas.

Mark Stone over 0.5 points (-140)

The Golden Knights really missed Mark Stone this season. He played in just over half of their regular-season games but returned for the playoffs and he has been a difference-maker. He is 3rd on the team with 5 goals, 2nd with 7 assists, and 2nd with 12 points. Having played 10 games in the playoffs gives Stone to a 1.2 points-per-game average. The odds show that Stone is the second most likely player on the Golden Knights to tally a point. In what has been a matchup full of offense between these teams since November, there is a good chance Stone will get involved. This is a huge game and he should show out on Sunday.

Stone is slated on a line with Chandler Stephenson, who has 6 goals and 10 points which rank tied-1st and 3rd on the team respectively. He is also on the top power play with Stephenson, Jonathan Marchessault, Shea Theodore and Jack Eichel. There are going to be plenty of opportunities given the just-okay goal prevention of Edmonton as well as the company that Stone keeps on the ice. Similar to Draisaitl, Stone should log significant minutes in this key game. He has played 22 minutes in Games 4 and 5, which is up from his averages in Games 1-3. As the games become more important, Stone has been leaned on more and more. He should have a prominent role again tonight.
