The Stanley Cup Finals are close to an end as the Tampa Bay Lightning took Game 3 in Montreal easily. They are now just one win away from the Stanley Cup title. Right now, we’re going to be focusing on NHL player props for that matchup, but make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for this game and every game of the Stanley Cup Finals.

Nikita Kucherov over 1 point (-130)

A potential closeout game will take place tonight as the Tampa Bay Lightning will look to win the Stanley Cup for the second year in a row. As in Game 3, we are looking to Nikita Kucherov, who has been spectacular in this series. He is coming off a two-point performance in Game 3 and now has five points in the series. Montreal has shown no signs of slowing him down and we believe he can dominate again tonight. At the very least, we are expecting him to have at least one point to propel the Lightning to a Stanley Cup title. One point would be good enough for a push, but given the form he is in, backing him to have at least two points looks to be a solid play and that is what we are backing tonight.

Tyler Toffoli over 0.5 points (-114)

Montreal continues to get crushed, showing that their unlikely run to the Stanley Cup Finals has finally run out of steam. They now need to win four games in a row to take the title, but just one win tonight would boost their confidence. In Game 3, they finally were able to score more than one goal, but their lack of defense has been the problem throughout this series. They still have seen very little production from their top players as Nicholas Suzuki has just two points, while Tyler Toffoli has yet to record a point over three games.

Tonight we are going to take a shot on Toffoli to record a point. He has been a crucial part to their deep run and needs to turn things around if Montreal has any hope of extending this series. The price on this prop is more than reasonable, so you would think at some point Toffoli can come through.
