A smaller slate of games is set for Saturday night as we have a total of five games on the card. One of these games starting at 2 p.m. ET, however, we will be covering the late games. Among the teams playing tonight are the Montreal Canadiens, Philadelphia Flyers and Winnipeg Jets. Here we are going to focus on the player props and will be looking for guys to step up for their teams. Make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for every game as well.

Let’s take a look at three of the best prop bets for Saturday’s slate of games.

Kevin Hayes Over 0.5 Points (+102)

The Flyers have been a solid team to start the season, winning three of their first five games. They also have just one loss in regulation with the other coming in overtime. One player in particular stands out in this particular game as a threat to help Philadelphia cruise to a win. That player is Kevin Hayes. He is currently tied for third in the NHL with a total of seven points. Hayes has two goals on the season and has five assists. He has at least one point in four of the Flyers five games thus far, which makes an over point prop look very nice. Note that the Flyers just played the Bruins the other day and Hayes had two assists, so there is no reason he cannot find at least one here. Because the point prop is sitting at 0.5, backing the over here would be ideal.

Tyler Toffoli Over 0.5 Points (+100)

The Montreal Canadiens are proving to be one of the best offenses in the NHL, coming of a seven-goal performance against the Vancouver Canucks. The good news is that the Canadiens are playing the Canucks again. Tyler Toffoli stands out as one of the best players for Montreal this season and has also proven he can do a little bit of everything. Toffoli has seven points this season, tied third in the NHL. He has two assists and five goals already. His goal numbers are tied for the best in the league, so it is very likely he will find the back of the net here. Still, the safer route would be a point total, which sits at just 0.5. With his ability to score or assist, the point total would be our play here to increase our chances of this prop cashing.

Kyle Conner Over 1 Point (+114)

The Winnipeg Jets have looked solid so far this season, winning three of their first four games. They will be playing the Ottawa Senators for the third game in a row due to some crazy scheduling this season. Here we are going to look at the Jets’ roster and pick out a guy who has been doing everything for them. In this case, Kyle Connor would be that guy. He has seven total points this season, three from goals and four from assists. He has managed to secure at least one-point in every game this season and has three total against Ottawa in two games.

At another plus-money prop, the over is worth backing here. Even though he will need two points to cash, Connor is more than capable of pulling that off. The Jets have scored four goals in both games against the Senators this season, so there should be plenty of chances to go around.
