After a six-game slate on Saturday and a perfect 3-for-3 on our prop bets, we have a five-game schedule for Super Bowl Sunday. The action starts at 12:15 p.m. ET, but here we are going to focus on the games being played in the middle of the afternoon. Among the teams playing tonight are the Florida Panthers, Vegas Golden Knights, and Dallas Stars. Here we are going to focus on the player props and will be looking for guys to step up for their teams. Make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for every game, as well.

Jonathan Huberdeau Over 0.5 assists (-104)

This is by no means a great matchup, but it is one that offers an opportunity to back a player from the Florida Panthers. Because they are playing Detroit, I expect Florida to be able to score at least a few goals. Therefore, we are going to look to an assist prop for Jonathan Huberdeau. He already has the most assists for his team at eight. He has had at least one assists in five of Florida’s eight games this season as well. Also, the Panthers have played the Red Wings twice this season and Huberdeau has three assists in these games combined. At nearly plus money, we like Huberdeau to help a teammate find the back of the net.

Mark Stone Over 0.5 assists (-136)

Our prop bets would not be the same if we never went to Mark Stone, therefore we are in fact going to him again. The sportsbooks appear to have adjusted his assist prop line, so we will not get the best price, however we still like Stone to help provide some offense. Coming off a 5-2 win over this same Los Angeles team on Friday, Stone was able to provide the assist we needed. Stone now has at least one assist in all but one game this season. He has a total of 10, which clearly leads this Vegas team. He also has four assists over the last two games, so we once again like Stone to help this lethal Golden Knights’ offense take down the Kings.

Joe Pavelski Over 2.5 shots on goal (+116)

We have turned to Joe Pavelski a lot so far this season to help us cash some prop bets, but most recently he failed to produce. We are going back to him, but from a little bit of a different angle. Usually, our prop bets involving Pavelski include a point prop total. However, this time we are going to be looking for him to put some shots on goal. Dallas’ most recent game, a 4-3 loss to Columbus, was the game where Pavelski failed to produce a point. Having said that, he was able to put four shots on goal. The game prior to Columbus, Pavelski put five shots on goal and now has had at least three in half of the Stars’ games this season. At plus money and with the Stars playing the Blackhawks, we like Pavelski to at least fire three shots on frame.
