We have a 14-game Major League Baseball slate on Tuesday — one less than usual because the Tampa Bay Rays vs. Cleveland Indians game in Tampa, Florida, has already been postponed due to Tropical Storm Elsa. Still, there is plenty to choose from on the betting front, and you can find out our picks on the side and total for all of those matchups.

But for now, let’s take a look at our three-team mega parlay.

Miami Marlins ML (+110)

Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 (+116)

Seattle Mariners ML (+125)

Parlay odds: +1081

For this parlay, we are going with one favorite on the run line and two underdogs on the money line. Here is a breakdown of the three legs one by one.

Miami Marlins ML over Los Angeles Dodgers (+110)

If you are going to fade the Dodgers, Tony Gonsolin being on the mound is the time to do it. It is true that he could be a solid middle-of-the-rotation starter for many teams in the league, but he is nothing more than a spot starter for LA. As a home underdog facing Gonsolin, the Marlins have good value. Plus, they are sending Pablo Lopez to the mound. Lopez has great numbers this season (other than that 4-5 record that isn’t his fault). His home splits are encouraging, especially a 2.01 ERA at Marlins Park. A minor upset would not be much of a surprise in this one.

Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 over Chicago Cubs (+116)

Since rejoining the Cubs, Jake Arrieta has been horrendous. In 72.2 innings, Arrieta has a 5.57 ERA with a 6.11 xERA. After working only 1.2 innings in his most recent outing, it has now been nine straight starts that he has not made it past the fifth inning. The reason Arrieta has the highest ERA of his last nine seasons is his hard-hit rate is at an all-time high. His sinker used to be the perfect pitch to get ahead of opponents, but this season opponents are hitting for a .318 average against that pitch. He shouldn’t count on too much run support, either, as the Cubs’ offense has scored three or fewer runs in eight of their last ten games.

Although their record is below .500, the Phillies starting pitching has been very good. Aaron Nola will get the start today and even though he may not be the ace of the pitching staff anymore, he has put together a strong season.

Seattle Mariners ML over New York Yankees (+125)

The Yankees are still struggling offensively. They scored only ten runs over this past weekend’s three-game series loss to the Mets. Right-hander Jameson Taillon has won his last two starts but he got hit hard by the Angels in his last outing, as he got shelled to the tune of three homers. His road ERA is atrocious, too (11.12). Seattle remains a surprise contender in the AL West. The Mariners have won four of five, including another one-run win—their specialty.
