The week in Major League Baseball continues with a full 15-game slate on Wednesday. It includes a big series between the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Yankees, plus important National League ties such as the Cincinnati Reds vs San Francisco Giants.

The Pickswise experts have been absolutely on fire, as we just cashed our MLB parlay at +541 odds on Tuesday and went 13-2 with our MLB picks. Let’s keep the momentum going! Below is my MLB mega parlay for Wednesday, and also be sure to check out all of our MLB picks for today’s games.

Dodgers -1.5 (-111)

Blue Jays -1.5 (+150)

Nationals ML (-126)

MLB parlay odds: +752

For this MLB parlay, we are going with two favorites on the run line and a favorite on the money line. Let’s break down each of the legs.

Los Angeles Dodgers -1.5 over Detroit Tigers (-111)

To start off our mega parlay, we’re going with the Los Angeles Dodgers on the run line. This handicap is all about Dodgers phenom Bobby Miller, who has tremendous stuff and should be a future NL Cy Young Award winner and ace of this staff as early as next season in my view. Miller has impressed me since his first start in the majors, as he holds above-average marks in xERA, walk percentage and ground-ball rate. I like that we’re getting to back Miller at home against a Tigers lineup that is near the bottom of the league in SLG, OBP and OPS. Los Angeles has recently clinched another NL West title, but these are still important games for a young starter looking to enter his first postseason with momentum, plus a bullpen that’s gotten hot in recent weeks. I’ll back the boys in blue to win big at home.

Toronto Blue Jays -1.5 over New York Yankees (+150)

This AL East matchup holds a ton of intrigue, as the Blue Jays are in good form but need to continue winning in order to further their push for an AL Wild Card spot. Fortunately for Toronto, they’ll have Kevin Gausman on the mound on Wednesday. Gausman has pitched like an ace for nearly the entire season, holding an ERA of 3.40 with a strikeout rate and chase rate inside the top 10 percentile. He should see success against a Yankees lineup that has struggled mightily all season and looked uninspiring on Tuesday. And while Michael King has looked terrific of late, holding an ERA of 2.77 while surrendering just 3 runs over his last 5 outings, he typically only tosses 2-3 innings on average. Once he exits, Toronto should have a significant edge in this matchup. Let’s roll with the Blue Jays in the Bronx.

Washington Nationals ML over Chicago White Sox (-126)

For the final leg of our mega parlay, we’re going with the Nationals on the money line. With both of these teams out of the playoff picture, it’s tough to have a definitive take on this game. However, I like the fact that we’re getting Josiah Gray at home in what should be a good spot to back the young starter. The Nationals have been very careful with Gray of late given that their season is over in just 2 weeks, so the last thing they want to do is push him too far. He’s already pitched 148 innings this season, so his next start would likely push him to over 150 innings, which happens to be uncharted territory for him. Look for a shorter stint in this one, but an effective one against this depleted and anemic White Sox lineup.

On the other side, Jesse Scholtens has really struggled on the mound in the last few weeks. In 3 starts in September, he’s allowed a .400 batting average with a .328 xBA and a rough 41% hard-hit rate. Now, Scholtens will face a Nationals lineup that is young and on the rise, so let’s back the Washington lineup with the better pitcher on the mound at home.
