A new week begins in the NBA with 14 teams hitting the hardwood and we have ourselves another NBA TV doubleheader!

Continue reading below for our same game parlay on the Bulls vs Hawks game, but also don’t forget our predictions on the side and total for Monday’s 7-game slate.

Let’s dive in!

DeMar DeRozan Over 25.5 Points (-110)

Cam Reddish to Score 25+ Points (+275)

Zach LaVine Over 5.5 Assists (+122)

Parlay odds: +1282

DeMar DeRozan Over 25.5 Points (-110)

DeRozan is averaging 26.7 points per game for the season, however over his last 7 games that has gone up to 29.6 per game on 55% shooting from the field and 85% from the free-throw line. He doesn’t shoot the three that often, but even without that he is among the league leaders in points per game this season. In his last 5 games against the Hawks he is averaging 27 points per game on 56% shooting. The last time he played against them was with San Antonio and he had 36 points in that game. He is one of those rare players who score more and is more efficient on the road than at home. With Lonzo Ball and Alex Caruso both out, someone will have to step up and play the point guard role and I think that someone will be Zach LaVine. DeRozan is more of a pure scorer, so look for him to go over his season average in this one.

Cam Reddish to Score 25+ Points (+275)

Trae Young, De’Andre Hunter, Danilo Gallinari, Kevin Huerter and John Collins are all out for Atlanta tonight which means their highest active scorer is Cam Reddish who averages 12.1 per game. Just a few nights ago he dropped 34 points on the Orlando Magic and with so many players out, I’m expecting him to step up big time here. He’s scored in double figures in 5 of his last 6 games on decent efficiency, and outside of him I don’t really see anyone on the Hawks being able to put up numbers tonight. This team is in all kinds of trouble right now, but the points have to come from somewhere and Reddish is our guy.

Zach LaVine Over 5.5 Assists (+122)

I’ve mentioned this earlier, Chicago is missing two key point guards in Ball and Caruso. Coby White will start at the point, but I don’t think he’s up to the challenge of leading a team just yet. In comes Zach LaVine, who has just returned after spending some time in the health and safety protocols. Last night against Indiana he had 32 points and 5 assists. He has gone over 5.5 assists in 3 of his last 5 games. In 2 of those games, he had 8 and 9 against the Nuggets and Cavaliers. We all know he is a capable scorer, but he can also distribute the ball. Chicago averages 23.3 assists per game, 9 of those come from Ball and Caruso, I’m counting on LaVine to collect them.
