The Los Angeles Clippers will be hoping to halt a three-game losing streak when they visit the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night. It’s the second leg of a double-header on NBA TV, which begins in the form of Orland vs Atlanta. Let’s take a look at the best same game parlay option for Clippers vs Kings, and also be sure to check out our full game preview for picks on the side and total.

Clippers -9.5 alternate spread (+154)

Terance Mann Over 12.5 points (+100)

Tyrese Haliburton Over 17.5 points (-108)

Parlay odds: +848

Part of the value in same game parlays, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as Terance Mann scoring his fair share of points would obviously work well with a big win for Los Angeles. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with tipping Tyrese Haliburton to get buckets for Sacramento. But even if Haliburton plays well, there is no reason why the Clippers can’t take care of business. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Clippers -9.5 alternate spread (+154)

Similar to the rest of the NBA slate, this contest is heavily impacted by COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Marcus Morris Sr. is listed as out for Los Angeles. Marvin Bagley III, Terrence Davis, De’Aaron Fox, Louis King, Alex Len, Davion Mitchell, and Neemias Queta are all out for Sacramento. Richaun Holmes is also listed as questionable due to a right eye injury. The Clippers may be slumping, but they have an excellent chance to get back in the win column at the expense of a depleted opponent. Paul George appears ready to play, which is a huge boost for this Clippers team.

On the year George is averaging 25.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game. Sacramento will be without its leading scorer in Fox in addition to numerous key depth pieces. Even when this team is at full strength, it struggles on both ends of the floor. Per Cleaning the Glass, when Fox, Bagley, Davis, Mitchell, and Len are all off of the court at the same time, the Kings rank in the 50th percentile in offensive efficiency and the 5th percentile in defensive efficiency. Morris’ absence for the Clippers is significant, but it does not even come close to the losses that the Kings will be forced to overcome in this one.

Terance Mann Over 12.5 points (+100)

With Morris sidelined, Mann should get plenty of playing time at the 3 spot in addition to his backup guard duties. He has scored in double-figures in 5 of the last 6 games, so asking him to reach at least the 13 mark – especially since the Clippers don’t have Morris – isn’t too much. Moreover, the Kings are decent at defending the perimeter and they are dead last in the NBA in giving up points in the paint. Mann is more of a slasher than an outside shooter, so he will likely carve up Sacramento’s defense.

Tyrese Haliburton Over 17.5 points (-108)

Similarly, the door is wide open for Haliburton to fill up the stat sheet on Wednesday. A myriad of Kings teammates are sidelined, so Haliburton will have to shoulder the load along with Harrison Barnes and Buddy Hield. The Clippers are one of the best teams in the league at defending the three-point line, so this may be a Barnes and Haliburton kind of game as opposed to a Hield game. Haliburton has exceeded the 20-point mark in three consecutive contests.
