The final third of the NBA season is well underway after the All-Star break and Saturday brings us another 7 games with the biggest game of the night happening in Philadelphia as the Celtics come to town. After yesterday’s spectacular NBA mega parlay winner at +1243 odds we are hoping to land back-to-back winners! Scroll further down to see my bet for tonight’s games.

Be sure to check our NBA predictions page for picks on the spread and total for Saturday’s 7-game slate, but without wasting any more time let’s break down Saturday’s Mega Parlay.

Indiana Pacers ML (+128)

New York Knicks -3 (-112)

Denver Nuggets ML (+106)

Parlay odds: +789

Indiana Pacers ML over Orlando Magic (+128)

The Indiana Pacers need to rack up wins ASAP, otherwise they are not making the postseason. From spending most of the first couple of months of the season in the top tier in the East to now being just 12th, these Pacers have endured a rollercoaster of a year so far. All is not lost though, despite them being 3 games behind the 10th seeded Wizards. I saw some encouraging signs in the OT loss to Boston 2 days ago, Myles Turner dropped a career-high 40 points, while Tyrese Haliburton had 22 and 14 assists.

Away form has been a problem this season, but they’re playing a Orlando side they’ve beaten 7 times in the last 10 head-to-head, including twice earlier this season. Playing Indiana at home has been problematic for the Magic, they’ve beaten them only 3 times in the last 15 games. We don’t see Orlando in the favorite roll often this season, but when that happens they are just 3-5 SU in their last 8 and have covered the spread only twice in the last 12 such games. The Pacers have more talent on paper, so I can see them pulling off the upset here.

New York Knicks -3 over New Orleans Pelicans (-112)

Don’t look now, but the Knicks are starting to heat up. They are on a 4-game win streak following last night’s win at Washington and have now won 6 of 7 games. Julius Randle put in another performance for the ages scoring 46 points, while 4 other Knicks scored in double figures. Center Mitchell Robinson finally returned from injury which was a big boost for the interior defense, holding the Wizards to just 109 points on the night.

Tonight’s opponent the Pelicans have been severely hit by the injury bug, as Zion Williamson is still out with a hamstring injury while the duo of Ingram and McCollum hasn’t been as consistent because of their knocks. New Orleans has only 1 win in 9 road games, they are just 4-13 SU in their last 17 overall and 1-8 SU in 9 games vs Eastern Conference teams. New York also has the edge in head-to-head match-ups winning 4 of the last 6, and with them having no serious injury issues at the moment I can definitely see them improving on that record here. Back the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Denver Nuggets ML over Memphis Grizzlies (+106)

The winning formula is quite simple for the Denver Nuggets – when Nikola Jokic plays well this team is unbeatable. Don’t believe me? The Serbian big man has recorded 22 triple-doubles this season and his team is a staggering 22-0 SU in those games. He’s recorded a triple-double twice in the last 3 meetings with the Grizzlies, so I would say there is a really solid chance of that happening tonight.

The Nuggets have seemingly run away with the best record in the West, they are 6 games ahead of the Grizz and currently on a 4-game win streak. They’re playing a very inconsistent Memphis team which has gone just 4-10 SU in their last 14 games, while covering the spread just twice in their last 8 games. Denver has outscored them by an average of 4 points per game in the last 10 meetings, so even if Memphis has been strong at home this season they’ll find it tough to beat the in-form Nuggets here. Aaron Gordon might miss tonight’s game, but that shouldn’t be an issue as his team is 7-4 SU without him.
