At long last, the NBA is back from the All-Star break. And what better way to celebrate than by going for a big payday on Thursday? That’s right; we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition.

We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA game today.

Brooklyn Nets ML (+235)

Golden State Warriors -9 (-110)

Denver Nuggets -4.5 (-110)

Parlay odds: +1142

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Brooklyn Nets ML (+235) over Boston Celtics

To start this mega parlay off, we’ve got the Nets in the first half of this TNT doubleheader. Brooklyn obviously fell apart in the month before the break, but things just took on a really ominous vibe with the James Harden saga looming and the whole team suffered. Now that all that is in the rearview mirror, I expect them to start playing better immediately, even before Kevin Durant returns to the lineup.

Brooklyn added some useful pieces in Seth Curry and Andre Drummond in the Harden trade, and they actually won two of their last three games before the break. Before winning those two games, their last two losses had been by four points on the road against the Heat and by one point on the road against Washington. The Celtics just lost at home to the Pistons in their most recent game so they certainly aren’t unbeatable.

Golden State Warriors -9 (-110) over Portland Trail Blazers

Shifting our attention to the late slate for the next leg of this parlay. The Warriors have the second-best point differential in the league behind only the Suns, so they’re the kind of team you want to lay this large of a number with. Golden State stumbled a bit entering the break but it was only for a few games, and the break should serve as a perfect reset. Right before that brief slip-up, they were on a nine-game winning streak.

On the flip side, I’m not buying the mini win streak that Portland put together right before the break. This is still a team that just blew up their entire roster, and now that the initial adrenaline has worn off I expect them to resume being one of the worst teams in the league. The Warriors shouldn’t have much of an issue winning by double digits.

Denver Nuggets -4.5 (-110) over Sacramento Kings

To wrap this mega parlay up and hopefully bring us the home we’ve got the Nuggets. Denver has started to turn a corner, and oddsmakers have been slow to catch up. The Nuggets are 10-4 in their last 14, and their only recent loss was an extremely close game on the road against the Celtics. The initial high the Kings had in their first couple of games after the Damontas Sabonis trade has now officially worn off.

Sacramento got beat up in their last two games before the break, losing by 24 to a depleted Nets team that didn’t have any of their Big 3. In their most recent game, the Nuggets won on the road against the Warriors, who are 26-6 at home this year. Nikola Jokic had 35/17/8 in that one on 13/24 shooting, and is playing at an MVP level once again.
