It’s on NBA TV, it starts early, and we can throw together a same game parlay on FanDuel. We almost have to do it out of principle alone.

Suns vs. 76ers Over 220 (-110)

The Suns and Sixers are both top five defenses in the NBA in terms of efficiency so it feels a bit reckless to take an over but there are signs that say this is the move. For starters, it correlates nicely with our first leg and second, neither defense has been all that impressive lately. The Suns may be fifth in defensive efficiency on the season, but they are eighth worst in the last three games. They haven’t given up less than 111 points in any of those games. If that happens again tonight, this one is going over 220.

Suns vs. 76ers Over 108.5 *1st Half (-110)

This really isn’t a big number in today’s NBA. Especially considering the fact that we have two of the more efficient offenses. Neither team plays at a very fast pace but that hasn’t stopped either one from scoring in the first half of games. In each of the last three Suns’ games, the first half has gone over 109. On the Sixers’ side, two of their last three have topped this number. We don’t need either team to set any records here. A 55-54 first half will get the job done which isn’t even “high-scoring”.

Suns vs. 76ers Over 54.5 *2nd Quarter (-104)

These two teams are sixth and seventh in the NBA in second quarter points averaging a combined 56 second quarter points per game. Over the last three games both are averaging 30+ second frame points. This is a very favorable number especially if Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris suit up for the 76ers. In both teams’ last three games, they all have gone over 54.5 points in the second quarter. This number is a little too low.

Deandre Ayton to record 20+ points (+290)

Deandre Ayton is coming alive lately just in time for the Suns. In his last three games, he has scored at least 20 points twice. In the game before that stretch, he scored 19. His minutes tonight are pretty much guaranteed if he can stay out of foul trouble being that Joel Embiid plays for the Sixers. The last time these teams met back in February, Ayton only scored 11 points but he only took six shots. He has taken at least 10 shots in seven of his last eight games. +290 is good value for the matchup tonight and it correlates perfectly with our parlay.
