We’ve got a feisty AFC North matchup on Saturday as the Baltimore Ravens take on the Cleveland Browns. Baltimore is fighting to maintain its spot at the top of the division, while Cleveland is looking to keep its slim postseason hopes alive. Cleveland Browns -2.5 over Baltimore Ravens (-115)

It’s always interesting when a 5-8 team is favored to beat a 9-4 team, but that’s the case here and it is indeed the Browns who are worth siding with. The Ravens are dealing with problems under center with starting quarterback Lamar Jackson unlikely to play and backup QB Tyler Huntley being banged up. Even without that factored in, this Ravens offense has stalled recently and has not scored more than 16 points in 3 of their last 4 games.

As for the Browns, the weather could be in their favor with high winds forecast. That works well for Cleveland, who has the 2nd-best rush defense at home this year so should be able to keep the Baltimore runners somewhat in check. Deshaun Watson only has 1 passing TD since his return, but has started to look sharper and should be able to get this offense going. Let’s start this SGP off with the Browns winning by at least a field goal.

Under 37.5 (-114)

With the windy weather in mind and these 2 offenses failing to fire in recent weeks, the under looks to be the way to go in this one. As already mentioned, the Ravens haven’t topped 16 points in 3 of their last 4 games, and the added problems at quarterback won’t help matters. Both teams will likely focus on the run, which should keep the clock ticking and result in fewer possessions on each side. Watson is looking sharper but has still only thrown one touchdown pass since his return, and this one has all the makings where points will be at a premium.

J.K. Dobbins to score a touchdown (+210)

Although we’re going with a Browns win and a low-scoring game, that doesn’t mean that I expect the Ravens to be fully shut down. They should be able to generate some offense and get some points on the board, and Dobbins looks a great bet to find the end zone and really boost the odds of our Same Game Parlay. The running back had 120 rushing yards and a touchdown against the Steelers last week and should be in for another productive day given the high winds forecast and quarterback uncertainty in Baltimore.
