NFL MNF same game parlay (+800 odds): Philadelphia Eagles vs Dallas Cowboys

DeVonta Smith Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys meet on Monday Night at 8:15pm ET on ESPN. I don’t need to know anything else to make a decision as to what I am doing on Monday night. Same game parlay, people. I went to DraftKings for this one and if we’re being honest (we are), I love it. I love everything about it, especially the fact that it’s +800 odds. We have a chance at greatness.

DeVonta Smith 80+ receiving yards

Jalen Hurts 39.5 rushing yards

Tony Pollard 25+ receiving yards

Parlay odds: +800

DeVonta Smith 80+ receiving yards

I think the Cowboys are going to score points on the Eagles tonight. Not an illegal amount points, but points nonetheless. We don’t need a ton, just enough so the Eagles can’t just sit on the ball and waste all of our time by not playing football when they should be playing football. If the Eagles are forced to chase points and start throwing the ball, we should see DeVonta Smith get involved. I get that he hasn’t had an 80-yard game yet but he leads the team in targets and has twice as many air yards as any other receiver on the Eagles. His ADOT is 14.93, which is easily the highest of Philadelphia’s pass catchers. He could take a chunk out of this number with one catch. I think he bounces back from last week and flirts with 100 receiving yards tonight.

Jalen Hurts 39.5 rushing yards

Here’s the thing about Jalen Hurts, he’s pretty much a running back who can throw the ball. He’s carried the ball 17 times already this season and hadn’t turned in less than 62 rushing yards in either game. The kid is a load at 6’1″ 223 pounds, so he can take a beating, and Philadelphia’s coaching staff knows it. The Cowboys don’t have a bad run defense but they aren’t in the conversation for the best unit in the league, either. They have yet to see a team that will try to turn the game into a rock fight the way the Eagles will tonight. We also saw last week that even when the Eagles chase points, they still stay true to the run game. Hurts had 10 carries last week for 82 yards and Philadelphia trailed the whole time. I think this is a low bar for Hurts to clear.

Tony Pollard 25+ receiving yards

It’s your call whether or not you want to do receptions for Pollard, as you can get 3+ for a similar price. He has a negative ADOT, so it’s not a bad idea, but I am still taking the yardage number. He’s crossed this one in both games so far this season and it’s pretty obvious the Cowboys want to get him involved. At most he’s played only 34% of the snaps, but when he’s out there, he’s a priority. The Eagles have a pretty good to very good secondary and Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb will definitely command attention from them. If Dallas wanted to dump the ball off to Pollard, I bet Philadelphia would be fine with it. I like Pollard’s receiving yards to reach the 30s.
