The 2021 NFL season has been a wild ride, and we’re already onto Week 16. The holidays are here, and what better way to celebrate than by betting a same game parlay? I cashed our mega parlay for Week 13 on Sunday at +1255 and I also hit the Week 11 mega parlay at +1762, so I’m feeling it right now when it comes to big money parlays.
Here we go:

Jacksonville Jaguars -6.5 alternate spread (+220)
To start this same game parlay we have the Jaguars on an alt spread. I like this matchup for Jacksonville. A lot of people predicted a post-Urban Meyer bump last week against the Texans. But Meyer was fired in the middle of a week, and it was always going to be hard to prepare with all that chaos going on. If the team was going to get a spark from interim coach Darrell Bevell, it would be this week against the lowly Jets.
Not only were the Jets already arguably the worst team in the league, but now they’ll be without head coach Robert Saleh and a slew of key players due to COVID. Trevor Lawrence hasn’t looked great as a rookie, but he’s shown far more flashes than Zach Wilson has. Wilson has looked lost at every turn, and he took 6 more sacks last week.

Trevor Lawrence 300+ alt passing yards (+470)
All we need for this same game parlay to cash is one big game from Lawrence. One game where he plays like the first overall pick, and we’re getting better than 26/1. The Jags have only won two games this season, and one of them was where Lawrence threw for 319 yards. He should have a golden opportunity to break out of his slump here. The Jets already had one of the worst secondaries in the league, and they’re allowing an NFL-high 8.3 yards per pass attempt this season. And now they’re going to be without a handful of starters on defense due to COVID. If not now, when?
