Sunday Night Football for Week 12 is the Green Bay Packers traveling to play the Philadelphia Eagles (-6.5). The total is at 46.5, and the Packers gained additional rest after that embarrassing loss on TNF to the Tennessee Titans. The Eagles have added Ndamukong Suh and Linval Joseph to the iDL in an effort to stop the leak that is their run defense. AJ Brown is dealing with a stomach bug that kept him in bed on Thanksgiving and the Packers will likely be without rookie WR Romeo Doubs and LB De’Vondre Campbell.

Miles Sanders Over 66.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

Line available on Fanduel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

The Packers are allowing the 5th most YPC to opposing RBs (4.85) and 4th most YPG to opposing RBs (119.9) this season. Sanders’ O/U for carries is set at 14, which would get him over this line, but he’s currently 7th in the league with 22 rushes of 10+ yards or more. Green Bay is 29th overall in rush DVOA and we’ve seen 10 RBs hit this line vs the Packers this year, and Sanders should be the 11th. The game script will likely work in Sanders’ favor, as I expect the Packers to struggle passing the ball against the Eagles secondary. The biggest factor will be his workload, but early indications are positive considering where his rush attempt total is at. 1U

Aaron Rodgers Under 223.5 Passing Yards (-120)

Line available on BetMGM Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Rodgers has gone under this in 3/5 road games this season and is facing one of the better secondaries in the league. Conversely, they’re also one of the poorest rush defenses in the league, so we should expect Matt LaFleur to be run-happy to start this game. On the other side of the ball, you already know how I feel about Philadelphia’s success to eat up the clock in the run game, limiting Rodgers’ opportunities to hit this mark. The Eagles rank 3rd overall in Pass DVOA, 2nd in Opp Passing Yards per game, and 3rd in Opp completion percentage. I’m struggling to find what success this Packers WR core will have Sunday night. Even Robert Tonyan, Rodgers safety net, should struggle given the Eagles’ ability to defend the middle of the field.
