The NFL closes Week 5 with a potential Game of the Year candidate as the last two NFL MVPs battle it out in Los Angeles. Josh Allen and the Bills (+3) take on Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams with the total sitting at an enormous 54.5. The Bills are coming off their first loss of the season to division rival New England Patriots, while the Rams squeaked out a win over longtime foe Philadelphia Eagles. The Bills offense has been explosive this season; ranking #1 overall in explosive plays (16%) through four weeks, while also leading the league in Play-Action Pass rate. The Rams' defense ranks 2nd overall in total yards allowed and is still missing Myles Garrett and has only had Aaron Donald for two games this season.

Let's get into my best Bills vs Rams player prop bets for MNF, while you can also find out our expert NFL picks on the side and total for this matchup and every game throughout the entire 2026 season.

Best Bills vs Rams Player Prop Bet: Blake Corum (LAR) Over 29.5 Rushing Yards (-135)

Heading into the season, there was a belief that the Rams' backfield would be a clear 1A and 1B split between Kyren Williams and Blake Corum. Through the first two weeks of the season, that sentiment rang true: Corum 21 carries to Williams 22 carries. Then the injuries hit.

In Week 3, the Rams lost TE Terrance Ferguson, forcing them into more 11 personnel. That became compounded in Week 4 when TE Colby Parkinson missed the game with injury. This forced the Rams heavily into 11 personnel and out of the 13 personnel they've grown to love. With that move, Williams became the de facto RB. He's a better pass catcher and far better blocker compared to Corum.

The reason I'm pivoting back to Corum is the return of Colby Parkinson in Week 5 should bring the Rams back into that 13 personnel and restore a balance to the backfield that we haven't seen in the prior two weeks.

Bills vs Rams SGP: James Cook Anytime Touchdown Scorer and Davante Adams Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+278)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing. 0.25u

If you're going to bet something like this, you might as well make it a game with a total at 54.5. Many of the touchdown scorers are completely chalked, and for good reason. The Bills' defense lacks any stopping power, giving Adams a shot at redemption for dropping an easy TD last week against the Eagles. Adams' value as a TD scorer is not tied to Puka Nacua as we've seen in the last few weeks, but the reigning receiving touchdown leader from 2025 still holds value at +105 against this Bills defense.

The Bills will rely heavily on Cook on MNF as DJ Moore continues to push through injuries and is now facing arguably the best CB in football in Trent McDuffie. The Rams have been stout against the run in the red zone, predominantly because they dominated matchups against weaker offenses (PHI, NYG, DEN) and have only faced one team as successful as the Bills in terms of running the football. Cook should see a big workload in both the running and passing game Monday night, and I see him breaking one given recent struggle of the Rams LB core.
