Week 4 starts with our first London game of the season, kicking off at 9:30 E.T with the Colts and the Commanders, as we have a 5-star play to start the slate. To follow, the 1:00 E.T. slate is headlined by Rams-Eagles, Cowboys-Texans, and Patriots-Bills, with the 3-0 Raiders hosting the 3-0 Chiefs at 4:25 E.T.

Make sure you check out our NFL predictions on the side and total for every NFL Week 4 game and every matchup throughout the entire season. But for now, let's break down our best NFL Week 4 player prop bets for Sunday's games.

Don't miss our NFL expert's best bets for Week 4

NFL Week 4 player prop: Josh Downs (IND) over 6.5 receptions in Colts vs Commanders (-115)

Odds available at BetMGM Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Let's start our action out in London, where the Colts and Commanders will go head-to-head, with both teams coming off impressive wins versus Super Bowl contenders. We're turning our attention to Colts wide receiver Josh Downs, who is coming off an 11-target game, leading the Colts receivers in target share, routes run, and yards after catch. Keenan Allen will be sidelined on Sunday, leaving Downs and Tyler Warren as the focal points on the outside for Daniel Jones. If the Commanders sell out to stopping Jonathan Taylor on the ground, Downs could have a massive game on Sunday morning.

NFL Week 4 player prop: Brock Bowers (LV) Anytime Touchdown in Chiefs vs Raiders (+175)

Odds available at Caesars Sportsbook at time of publishing.

We're jumping to the marquee game in the 4:25 E.T. window. Nobody expected the Raiders to be 3-0 at this point and be less than 5-point underdogs to an undefeated Chiefs team. An offense led by veteran Kirk Cousins is fresh off scoring 35 points in a thriller versus the New Orleans Saints, which included superstar Brock Bowers playing in his first game of the season. He didn't miss a beat, as he led the Raiders with a 43% target share, reeling in 10 catches and a touchdown. In a likely negative game script, here's hoping Cousins targets Bowers in the redzone against a Chiefs team Bowers went for a career-high 140 yards against during his rookie campaign.

NFL Week 4 player prop: Malik Willis (MIA) under 28.5 pass attempts in Dolphins vs Vikings (-113)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.

The loss of De'Von Achane puts a bow on the Dolphins' season and likely gets them picking inside the top 3 of next year's NFL Draft. In the meantime, Malik Wills will do his best to put points on the board on Sunday, as the Dolphins have the lowest implied team total of any team in Week 4 - including those in primetime. His rushing attempt line is up to 6.5 with Jaylen Wright and Ollie Gordon making up the running back room with a combined 17.5 rushing attempt line. The best-case scenario is the Dolphins moving the ball on the ground, especially with the scarce weapons on the outside, leaving us to fading Willis through the air, even as 10-point underdogs.
