Two of the final four teams from last season square off to kick off Week 5, as the Seahawks travel to Denver to play the Broncos, who are fresh off a come-from-behind victory over the woeful Chargers. The Seahawks dropped to 3-2 after a home loss to the undefeated 49ers, who caused Sam Darnold to throw two interceptions, and caused both Emmanuel Wilson and George Holani to cough up the football.

Let's get into my best Seahawks vs Broncos player prop bets for TNF, while you can also get our expert NFL picks on the side and total for this matchup and every game throughout the entire 2026 season.

Best Seahawks vs Broncos Player Prop Bet: Cooper Kupp (SEA) Over 21.5 receiving yards in Seahawks vs Broncos (-111)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba can only do so much of the lifting for the Seahawks offense. His receiving line is up to 92.5 on major books, with the next highest Seahawk being AJ Barner at 23.5 yards. Those are, respectfully, the best Seahawks weapons in an offense that has a limited run game, with 1st-round pick Jadarian Price on IR and Zach Charbonnet already listed out for Thursday Night. Cooper Kupp gives Sam Darnold a safety blanket for an offense that is looking for help outside of their top targets. $17 million a year, Rashid Shaheed, is giving the Seahawks barely anything in the receiving game, and even in the return game. So insert Kupp, whose 120 routes run rank 3rd on the team through 5 games.

Best Seahawks vs Broncos Player Prop Bet: Bo Nix (DEN) Over 14.5 rushing yards in Seahawks vs Broncos (-110)

Odds available at BetMGM Sportsbook at time of publishing.

It hasn't been an ideal start for Bo Nix through 5 games. Sean Payton taking over playcalling duties could be the difference, though. Nix leads the league in passes behind the line of scrimmage - Not a category you want to be associated with. But we're not targeting Nix with his arm. Instead, we're backing Nix on the ground, even though he hasn't eclipsed his rushing line once this season.

Nix's injury in the AFC Championship could very well be the reason he hasn't been taking off from the pocket as much to start this season. He had 9 games last season, including the divisional round win versus the Bills, where he rushed for over 20 yards. More designed runs may be off the table tomorrow night, but I'm looking for Nix to scramble more than we've seen this season, as the Seahawks rank 4th in QB pressures and 12th in QB hurries.
