NFL Week 5 concludes with a potential Super Bowl preview on Monday Night Football, as the Buffalo Bills make the trip out west to take on the LA Rams. The Bills dropped to 3-1 last week after a divisional defeat to the Patriots, and suddenly a loss tonight will bump them down to second in the division. Meanwhile, the Rams are 2-2 but did earn a late victory on the road against the Eagles last time.

Bills vs Rams kicks off at 8:15 PM ET tonight live on ESPN, and we've got everything you need to bet on this huge MNF matchup. You can find out our expert NFL picks on the side and total for this matchup, along with every game throughout the entire season. Plus, we have Prop Holliday's best NFL player prop bets and JutPicks' anytime touchdown scorer predictions, along with a Bills vs Rams Same Game Parlay! Let’s break it all down.

Bills vs Rams Predictions & Picks

Chris Farley’s Bills vs Rams Spread Pick: Rams -3.5 (+100)

The Rams have the clear edge, with virtually no weakness on either side of the ball, and they’re finally back at home after constant travel. They’ll remain in Los Angeles until late October. We’ll take the Rams in what should be an awesome matchup.

Chris Farley’s Bills vs Rams Total Prediction: Over 54.5 (-108)

Josh Allen is already playing at an MVP level, and his defense, while they have good moments, is simply unable to stop teams from scoring. Buffalo allows a touchdown on 68.75% of enemy red-zone possessions (25th) and foes are averaging 26.8 points per game (24th). Given the talent on both offenses, expect an avalanche of points on MNF.

Bills vs Rams Player Prop Bets

Best Bills vs Rams player prop bet: Blake Corum (LAR) Over 29.5 Rushing Yards (-135)

The return of Colby Parkinson in Week 5 should bring the Rams back into that 13 personnel and restore a balance to the backfield that we haven't seen in the prior two weeks. With that in mind, Corum should see an uptick in production and should therefore eclipse this number.

Bills vs Rams TD scorer best bet: Colby Parkinson (LAR) Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+280)

Colby Parkinson logged back-to-back full practices on Friday and Saturday after missing last week's game against the Eagles. The Rams love to feature Parkinson in 13 personnel, which mixes well with arguably the best receiving duo in the league, Nacua and Adams. He logged 77% and 71% of the snaps in the first two weeks of the season.

Lock in Justin Martin's Bills vs Rams TD scorer best bets - we've nailed recent primetime winners at +400, +280, +220 and +190 odds!

Buffalo Bills vs LA Rams Same Game Parlay

Bills ML over Rams (+150)

The Rams are still without Myles Garrett, while Aaron Donald is expected to return but has mostly been ineffective so far in his comeback to football. If the home team is not putting pressure on Josh Allen, it is going to be in trouble. The Bills took a surprising loss to the Patriots in Week 4, but it was a competitive 29-26 contest, and the result looks a lot better now that the Pats just destroyed a previously 3-1 Las Vegas squad 45-17 on Sunday.

James Cook (BUF) Over 74.5 Rushing Yards (-111)

Cook is... well... cooking so far this year. The Georgia product is averaging 6.0 yards per carry and has already scored three touchdowns. Cook has exceeded this 74.5 quota on three straight occasions, including efforts of 135 and 154 yards. It’s also worth noting that JC3 has gotten at least 21 carries in Buffalo’s last two wins, whereas he rushed just 12 times in the loss to New England. As such, this bet correlates perfectly with Bills ML.

Matthew Stafford (LAR) to Record 300+ Passing Yards (+133)

There is no reason to think that the Bills are going to keep Stafford in check. They rank third-to-last in the NFL in passing defense and have surrendered 10 touchdowns through the air while making just two interceptions. The secondary simply is not very good. Stafford has thrown for 327, 390 and 317 over the past three weeks; reaching the 300 mark is nothing out of the ordinary for him, yet you can get great odds on this play at well into plus money.

Bills vs Rams SGP odds: +700
