Jacob deGrom is slowly getting back into form after sensational starts as of late. In his last outing against the AL Central-leading Tigers, deGrom fanned 10 batters for a season-high, but that came with allowing 2 home runs through 5 innings. Nonetheless, his advanced metrics are through the roof. He ranks in the 80th percentile in xBA, xERA, whiff% and chase%. With that being said, this Astros lineup has limited at-bats versus deGrom — very much favoring the veteran. He should be able to keep the Houston bats quiet until he exits the game.
