Thursday Night Football is back for Week 9. Last week featured a marquee matchup between the Packers and Cardinals, and this TNF isn’t quite as highly anticipated. The Jets and Colts will square off here in a battle between disappointing AFC teams. Will Carson Wentz bounce back from his rough Week 8 outing, or will Mike White capture lightning in a bottle twice in a row? The spread is double-digits with the Colts favored by 10.5 and we of course have our own thoughts on the side and total, but right now we’re talking Monkey Knife Fight and the games they have available to play for TNF.

MKF is one of the fastest-growing daily fantasy sports sites in the U.S. with a unique offering of player props games. You don’t have to play against a bunch of professionals with algorithms and it’s super easy to use.

Here are my favorite couple of plays for Thursday Night Football, one More or Less, and one Rapid Fire.

Monkey Knife Fight More or Less – Mike White more than 240.5 passing yards, Carson Wentz more than 240.5 passing yards

Looking at this passing yards more or less, I’m going more for both quarterbacks. White put up 405 yards last week in his starting debut, and while he probably won’t quite crack 400 he should still have some success. The Colts’ secondary is banged up and exploitable, and they’re giving up 8.0 yards per pass attempt this year. Since the Jets are +10.5 underdogs they project to be passing the ball a lot. New York won’t have any success on the ground against Indy’s stout run defense led by All-Pro DeForest Buckner anyway. As such, they should have White air it out again.

I’m also bullish on Wentz in this one. He had a bad game against the Titans last week, but before that he’d been pretty great this season. The Jets are allowing the sixth-most passing yards per game this year, and that’s despite the fact that many teams have been nursing big second half leads against them. New York is playing very inexperienced corners, and I trust Colts head coach Frank Reich to scheme up some easy throws against them. The Jets don’t have anyone who can slow down emerging star Michael Pittman Jr.

What is More or Less?

One of MKF’s most popular games, More or Less gives you a list of players and their yardage lines, and you simply have to choose More if you think they’ll go over, or Less if you think they’ll go under. It can include two or more selections, and if you get them all right you win! The more selections there are, the better the payout.

More or Less – Michael Pittman Jr more than 74.5 receiving yards, Michael Carter less than 48.5 rushing yards

I often will play one ‘More or Less’ and one ‘Rapid Fire.’ But this week, none of the Rapid Fires jumped out to me. Instead, I like a second More or Less. I’m going more on Pittman and less on Carter’s rushing yards. For starters I’m expecting a big game from Pittman, and it correlates nicely with our previous play on Wentz. The national media hasn’t quite caught up yet, but Pittman looks like the NFL’s next elite receiver. He’s put up at least 86 yards in three of his past four games, and got an absurd 15 targets last week. Even when playing in torrential rain two weeks ago, he managed 104 yards. Now he’s getting to feast against a weak secondary.

As I alluded to above, the Colts have a really stout run defense. And since the Jets are such big underdogs here, they probably won’t be running the ball much. Carter had a good game last week, but Monkey Knife Fight has overreacted. In his previous four games, Carter never topped 38 rushing yards. Now with a really tough matchup on the horizon, I don’t see why we should expect him to eclipse 48. Some serious regression is coming here.
