Adam Fox over 0.5 points (-133)

Adam Fox is coming off of his first career two-goal game on Wednesday night. He recorded three points and has leapfrogged his way back into the Norris conversation for the best defensemen in the league. He currently has 42 points in 40 games this season and is on a three-game point streak. With the Rangers’ dynamic offense, Fox is always in the mix. This will be a great game tonight between the Rangers and the Canes, who are first and second in the Metropolitan Division.

This game could turn into a shootout. In the last ten games, the Rangers are averaging 3.2 goals while the Hurricanes are averaging 4.2 goals. These are two of the best teams in the league, and the top players will likely rise to the occasion. Despite having incredible talents like Artemi Panarin and Mika Zibanejad, Fox is currently leading the team in scoring. Take him to record a point tonight.

Nikita Kucherov over 1.5 points (+120)

Nikita Kucherov is one of the most dynamic forwards in the entire league. He is currently on a four-game point streak, and in each game he’s recorded two or more points. He’s been on an absolute roll recently. The Lightning have won their last four games in a row, thanks to the efforts of Kucherov. Meanwhile, the Ducks have lost their last four games. This is a mismatch of skill and abilities, Kucherov is poised to have another multi-point game. The Lightning have averaged 3.8 goals in their last 10 games, expect them to have another great offensive game against a struggling Anaheim team.

Since returning from his injury, Kucherov has been one of, if not the best forward in the league. He’s recorded 11 points in six games and has proven to be almost unstoppable in the month of January. In his last five game’s he’s recorded four or more shots on net. His offensive chances have been there nearly every game. He’s the number one option on the powerplay for the Lightning, and he has four powerplay points in his last four games. Take him to record over 1.5 points tonight.
