We have put together a list of all of the day’s best odds boosts, which happen to be from DraftKings Sportsbook, FanDuel Sportsbook, and PointsBet Sportsbook today. We’ll discuss whether or not they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Pete Alonso to hit a home run – Boosted to +225 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The Mets’ Pete Alonso is coming off a 2 for 13 series against the Marlins (with 1 home run), but tonight will be facing Kyle Gibson. The Philadelphia starter has an ERA of 2.87 and should be able to keep this Mets lineup in check. For that reason, this is an odds boost worth avoiding. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Kris Bryant to record 2+ RBIs – Boosted to +800 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Kris Bryant will be looking to help extend the NL West lead for the Giants, but will have to go through Corbin Burns and the Brewers tonight. Burns has been excellent this season and even though he was roughed up a bit in his last start against the Braves, there is a good chance he will bounce back strongly tonight. With Burns on the mound, the Giants might not even have opportunities for Bryant to hit this mark, making this play worth avoiding. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Angels vs Dodgers: Each team to record at least 1 hit in the first inning – Boosted to +200 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The battle for LA starts tonight as we will get a matchup between the Angels and the Dodgers. Both lineups are relatively strong at the top, making record at least 1 hit in the first inning very possible. The starting pitchers in this game are not the best in the world, so this may be worth a small play. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Red Sox vs Blue Jays: Over 1.5 home runs in first 3 innings – Boosted to +190 with DraftKings Sportsbook

This odds boost is powered by the home-run ball and it will need to happen over the first few innings. Both starting pitchers seem to be underrated though with Nathan Eovaldi (Boston) posting an ERA of 3.71 and Alek Manoah (Toronto) posting an ERA of 2.47. Because the pitching has been pretty solid, this looks to be an odds boost worth staying away from. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Ciryl Gane vs Derrick Lewis to end by KO/TKO – Boosted to +150 with FanDuel Sportsbook

Strangely enough, this is exactly the play we like for this fight. Considering we are now getting plus money, this looks to be a rather strong boost. Be sure to check out all our full fight preview for this Main Event.

Zack Greinke to record 5+ strikeouts and Houston to win vs Minnesota – Boosted to +250 with FanDuel Sportsbook

This odds boost will require a Houston win and for Zack Greinke to have 5+ strikeouts. We already like the Astros to win on the run line, and Greinke has shown enough to suggest he could strikeout 5 batters. For that reason, this looks to be worth a play. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Both New York Yankees and New York Mets to win – Boosted to +260 with FanDuel Sportsbook

We are looking for both New York teams to win tonight, but our experts do not like either matchup tonight. The Mets’ lead in the NL East has all but slipped away and a game against the Phillies is not going to help their case. As for the Yankees, they have been playing well, but we would lean to the Mariners with a veteran on the mound. For that reason, this looks to be a play worth avoiding. Be sure to check out all our MLB picks for today’s action.

Kevin Durant to score 25+ points and the USA to win – Boosted to +130 with PointsBet Sportsbook

The USA in on the verge of a gold medal in the Olympic men’s basketball and only France is standing in their way. Remember, Team USA lost to France in their opening group-stage game, but tonight will be an opportunity to avenge that. The USA have been flawless ever since that lone loss, so a USA win looks likely. Kevin Durant has provided a ton of offense during this Olympics run and tends to be the go-to option in every game. Team USA will likely have adjusted their game plan for the French, so a win and Durant to score 25+ points looks to be a decent play. Be sure to check out all our coverage for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
