The MLB dominates today’s sports action, but there are still plenty of promotions and odds boosts on offer that you can look to take advantage of.

We have put together a list of all of the day’s best boosts, which happen to be from DraftKings Sportsbook today, and whether they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Red Sox to be leading after the 7th inning – Boosted to +130 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Yesterday the Red Sox were absolutely crushed by their rivals. An early lead for the Yankees ended any chance of the Red Sox leading after the seventh inning and it only got worse as the game went on. Tonight they will play what looks to be a red-hot Toronto Blue Jays offense. Seeing that Boston’s starter will be Nick Pivetta in this game, there is reason to believe they will have trouble holding the Blue Jays’ offense in check. Pivetta has really struggled recently, so unless the Red Sox offense gets it going early, they are likely to be losing in the first half of the game. For that reason, we will look to fade Pivetta and stay away from this prop. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Dansby Swanson and Fernando Tatis Jr both to record an RBI – Boosted to +675 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Tonight we will be looking for both shortstops to provide some offense as we will need both Dansby Swanson and Fernando Tatis Jr to record an RBI. Since returning from the All-Star break, both of these guys have been showing signs of offense. In the series with the Washington Nationals, Tatis Jr had four RBIs and in the series with Tampa Bay, Swanson had two RBIs. While Yu Darvish has been more than solid, Atlanta’s offense still has some pop, which could lead to at least a few scoring chances. Kyle Muller is the starter for the Braves, and unless he finds an early rhythm, the Padres’ offense might be able to tee off. Because both guys have driven in a few runs as of late, I will back this play as a lean. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Pete Alonso to hit a home run and the Mets to win – Boosted to +330 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The Mets are coming off a series in which they lost two of three against the Pirates and will look to bounce back when they take on the Reds. Tonight we are going to need a Mets win and a Pete Alonso home run to cash this play, but I am not so sure either one is going to happen. Alonso has not hit a home run since the Home Run Derby and while he has the power to, the opponent is likely going to be pitching him cautiously. We also lean to Cincinnati in this game because the Mets are starting Jerad Eickhoff. The Reds’ offense is much better in their own ballpark, so avoiding this odds boost looks to be the best move. Cubs to score 5+ runs and win – Boosted to +170 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The Chicago Cubs are coming off a series win over the Arizona Diamondbacks, but they may not be so fortunate tonight against the St Louis Cardinals. Not only do we need a Cubs win, but we also need them to score five or more runs. Chicago is averaging 4.33 runs per game since coming back from the All-Star Game and has also traded away a few players. Their starter, Alec Mills, has been very hittable this season, so avoiding the Cubs and this odds boost looks to be the right call tonight. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Shohei Ohtani to record 5+ strikeouts and hit a home run – Boosted to +600 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Not many would have expected Shohei Ohtani to be dominating the majors at this point in terms of home runs. He had yet another on Sunday, giving him 34 for the season. Tonight, Ohtani is scheduled to pitch and DH, so he will look to dominate of both sides of the ball. Seeing that the Angels will be facing Cole Irvin and the Oakland Athletics, I like Ohtani’s chances to add to his home-run total.

As for his pitching, he can sometimes be inconsistent but overall has a solid ERA. He has a K/9 of 11.7, so as long as he does not get shelled in the first inning, there is a good chance that he will surpass five strikeouts. Given how hot Ohtani has been at the plate, this odds boost is worth a small play. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Phoenix Suns to win the NBA Finals in 7 games – Boosted to +390 with DraftKings Sportsbook

After Game 2, if you told me the NBA Finals would potentially be going seven games, I would have thought you were crazy. The Phoenix Suns controlled the first two games without question and looked like they would bring home the title in four or five games. Then enter Giannis Antetokounmpo, whose knee injury no longer seems to be a problem as he has been electric in this series. Not only him, but Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday have also been a huge help in winning three straight games. The Suns have one final chance to extend this series, but seeing that is in Milwaukee, I no longer trust the Suns to win this series. They have not looked as sharp since Game 2, so avoiding this series prop looks to be the best option. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.
