We have put together a list of all of the day’s best odds boosts, which are from FanDuel Sportsbook and PointsBet Sportsbook. We will discuss whether or not they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Rafael Devers to get 2+ hits and the Boston Red Sox to win – Boosted from +400 to +495 with PointsBet Sportsbook

For this prop, we will need Rafael Devers to record at least 2 hits against the New York Yankees on Saturday night. Devers has easily been one of the most impressive players this season, posting an average of .326, which is 3rd best in the MLB. He has a total of 111 hits in 84 games played this season. He is currently have a fantastic month of July, recording at least 1 hit in 9 of the 10 games so far. Four of these 10 games have been multi-hit games as well.

With the Yankees being an AL East opponent, Devers and the Red Sox have already faced them plenty of times, where he has gone 6 of 22 in 6 games this season. While only 1 of the 6 games against the Yankees has been a multi-hit game, Devers has still recorded at least 1 hit in 5 of the 6 games, and that success should carry over into tonight’s game.

Our experts would lean to the Red Sox in this game tonight based on the fact that Boston starter, Nick Pivetta should have an edge over New York starter, Jameson Taillon. While both starters have been mediocre at best, Pivetta has still been more consistent. The Yankees likely have an edge in the bullpen, but the Red Sox have plenty of power in their lineup to negate that advantage. With Devers continuing to crush the ball at the plate and Pivetta pitching well enough to keep his team in games, backing this prop looks to be worth a small play at the odds being offered.

New York Yankees, San Diego Padres, and Los Angeles Dodgers All to Win – Boosted from +270 to +350 with FanDuel Sportsbook

For this parlay, we will need 3 MLB teams to win their games tonight. That being the New York Yankees against the Boston Red Sox, the San Diego Padres against the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Los Angeles Dodgers against the Los Angeles Angels. Our experts are confident in a Padres win with Sean Manaea on the mound. Especially, as they will be facing Diamondbacks’ starter, Tyler Gilbert. As for the Dodgers, they also have a relatively easy matchup against an Angels starter not named Shohei Ohtani.

Finally, our experts would lean to the Red Sox tonight over the Yankees based on the fact that Yankees’ starter Jameson Taillon has been mediocre at best this season. However, Red Sox starter, Nick Pivetta has been inconsistent this season and the Yankees clearly have one of if not the most powerful lineups in baseball. Even though we liked Devers and the Red Sox to win in the previous prop, this parlay also looks to be worth a small play as a way to get in on both sides for that game tonight.

Brian Ortega to Win by KO/TKO or Submission vs Yair Rodriguez – Boosted from +125 to +175 with FanDuel Sportsbook

This prop will need Brian Ortega to beat Yair Rodriguez by KO/TKO or submission at UFC on ABC 3 this afternoon. Both fighters are coming off a loss heading into this Main Event. However, even though Rodriguez is coming off a loss against Max Holloway in his most recent fight in which he was dominated, that was his first UFC fight since 2019.

Rodriguez is actually a better striker than Ortega and has the better striking volume. He also has better striking accuracy and better takedown defense which should nullify any small advantage that Ortega has when grappling. Rodriguez has also not lost by submission in his career and has not lost by KO/TKO since 2017, therefore staying away from this prop looks to be the best option for Saturday afternoon.
