With questions regarding their bullpen, Roki Sasaki has locked up the backend, while the Dodgers have shown they can plug in Tyler Glasnow to eat up innings if a starter can’t. Well, the starting rotation has been able to eat up innings and shut down opponents, led by Snell.
23-year-old Trey Yesavage will get the Game 1 ball for the Blue Jays, the same pitcher who started in Single-A. He’ll have a short leash with a rested bullpen, but the Dodgers offense can get to anybody, led by 3 MVPs at the top and veterans at the bottom. We’re witnessing one of the best teams of this century, and I expect a comfortable win in Game 1 with Snell pitching deep.
