We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Tuesday, including action from the MLS and MLB. Three picks are taken from the MLB with one pick from the MLS. A winning ticket would give us a nice payout with odds of +904 at DraftKings. Let’s break down each of these plays.

MLB: Milwaukee Brewers vs New York Mets – Over 8 runs (-115), 7:10 pm ET

Given the fact that neither of the starting pitchers in this matchup is in peak form, there should be quite a few runs in this series opener. The Mets have been the 3rd highest-scoring team at home this season, producing 5.37 runs per game. That puts them ahead even of the Yankees.

Milwaukee’s Adrian Houser is in poor form, allowing 13 runs in 2 of his last 3 starts. Similarly, Chris Bassitt’s last start was poor as he allowed 7 runs to the Padres. Therefore, this should be a high-scoring game overall with New York’s deep lineup outproducing a depleted Milwaukee lineup.

MLB: San Diego Padres ML (-140) vs Chicago Cubs, 8:05 pm ET

The Padres have a pitching staff ranked in the top 5 in ERA and most relevant statistics this season, which is led by the in-form Sean Manaea. Acquired from the A’s just before the start of the season, the lefty has impressed with a 3.72 skill interactive ERA (SIERA) and 17% K-BB in 11 starts, also going at least 6 innings in all but one start.

Cubs starter Kyle Hendricks, on the other hand, has struggled mightily with a 4.93 SIERA and 7.2% K-BB. He now has a SIERA of 5.00 or higher in each of his past four starts with a 5.1% swinging-strike rate in that span. With a clear talent and pitching advantage, the Padres should be a sizable favorite, but they aren’t getting the respect they deserve from the betting markets.

MLB: Cleveland Guardians ML (-165) vs Colorado Rockies, 8:40 pm ET

There is a drastic talent gap between Cleveland starter Shane Bieber and Colorado starter Antonio Senzatela. The Guardians’ ace has been great in the last month, allowing 2 or fewer runs in each of his last 5 starts. He’s also had double-digit strikeout totals twice in that span. While he may not put up the same numbers against a solid Rockies lineup in the hitter-friendly Coors Field, he should still fare better than Senzatela. There may be value on the Rockies at home later in the series, but not with the Guardians having Bieber in the opener.

MLS: Vancouver Whitecaps vs Seattle Sounders ML and over 1.5 total goals (-105), 10:30 pm ET

Head-to-head the Seattle Sounders have been the better side in this Pacific Northwest rivalry, losing only 7 times out of 34 all-time meetings with Vancouver. The Whitecaps have not won in Seattle since 2016. Seattle are finding their groove slowly and with Vancouver’s road woes that may not be improving anytime soon. Betting Seattle to win and over 1.5 total goals is the play.
