She debuted with a victory in a $50,000 maiden optional claiming contest at this venue in February last year and has shown solid form without winning since. Registered a two length third over this track and trip in an allowance optional claimer here on her penultimate start at the start of September. Absent since disappointing later that month however. Advertised her wellbeing with a series of four furlong works at this venue and looks up to scoring down in grade. 

2:38 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 5) – French Franc 5/2 (2-star play)

She made the perfect start to 2023 when delivering a half-length triumph in a $20,000 claiming contest over a mile-and-one-sixteenth at this venue in January. She raced from off the pace when placing third in a similar event over a mile here subsequently. Claimed by current connections following that contest and with a good draw two off the rail here she looks up to recording a victory with jockey Irad Ortiz boasting an impressive 26% strike-rate (87/329) at this meeting. 

3:08 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 6) – Absolute Grit 7/5 (2-star play)

He impressed when making all to deliver a seven length victory in a $60,000 handicap contest over six furlongs here in June last year. That effort came on a sloppy track and the son of Kantharos has delivered a number of on the board finishes subsequently. Most recent of those came when third over six furlongs in a six furlong allowance optional claimer here in January. He looks capable of recording a victory following a stakes fourth at Tampa Bay Downs subsequently.
