12:40 pm ET Parx (Race 1) – Singinthruthestorm 9/5 (2-star play)
The 4-year-old is a proven performer at this level, including when finishing on the board in his last 2 starts in $7,500 claiming contests. The first of those saw him place 2nd over a mile at Parx after which he was claimed by his current connections.
A heavy defeat in a $10,000 claimer at this track followed, before a 2.75-lengths 3rd when trying to make all earlier this month. He looks capable of registering his fourth career win and his second of 2023.
2:59 pm ET Parx (Race 6) – Circle Me Madden 9/5 (2-star play)
This son of Tonalist showed glimpses of ability in maiden special weight races at Parx on his first two starts. However he took his form to a new level when registering a wide-margin victory over a mile at the same level at Penn National in April.
He failed to shine when switched to turf in an allowance at Parx the following month but, back from a break, is selected to double his career tally on his return to the main track.
3:53 pm ET Parx (Race 8) – Ninetyprcentmaddie 9/5 (2-star play)
Trained by Robert E Reid Jr., the 3-year-old has shown that he can be competitive at stakes level, including when making all to score by a wide margin in a minor contest over a mile at Parx in March.
Since then the Weigelia colt has finished on the board in all 3 starts, including when beaten 18 lengths when a well-held 3rd over an extended mile last month. He looks up to registering a fourth win in 8 starts at the track.
