There is plenty of great horse racing across America on Wednesday, including at Parx race track in Philadelphia. We have been in fine form with our picks for a long time now and we are up +125.05 units with our race selections to our recommended stakes dating back to August 5, 2021. Let’s keep it rolling!

Here are our best bets for today’s action at Parx race track.

12:32 pm ET Parx (Race 2) – Whiskey Prize 9/5 (2-star play)

The 3-year-old Whiskey Prize performed well when 5.25-lengths 3rd in a $28,000 maiden claiming contest at Delaware Park in September. The gelding raced over a mile that day and registered a 2nd place, beaten 1.25 lengths, having raced from the front in a similar contest over the same track and trip the following month.

While Jamie Ness’ gelding failed to shine on his return to this venue, he drops in grade today and looks up to breaking his maiden in this contest.

1:53 pm ET Parx (Race 5) – Madurai 5/2 (2-star play)

Madurai, a son of Arrogate, has finished on the board in both his previous starts, including when 4.5 lengths 3rd over 5.5 furlongs when debuting at Parx in September. The 2-year-old went on to fill the same position when upped to a mile at the track early last month.

Angel Rodriguez, on board for both of those efforts, is again in the saddle and racing over the same course and distance he is taken to steer the grey/roan colt to his first career success.

4:08 pm ET Parx (Race 10) – Isabella Smile 5/2 (2-star play)

Isabella Smile has shown that she can be competitive at a higher level, including when beaten 4.5 lengths when 3rd in a 6-furlong $7,500 claiming contest at Parx last month. The Elias Tapsas-trained 7-year-old went on to finish runner-up when stepped up to 7 furlongs racing at this level a week later.

The return to this distance is in her favor today and the daughter of El Padrino looks up to recording the 7th victory of her career.
