There is plenty of great horse racing action to look forward to across America on Friday, including at Saratoga race track. We have hit 11 winners in our last 23 races, profiting 16.4 units during this hot stretch. Let’s keep it rolling! Here are four runners whom we think look to be a class above the opposition in their respective races. It’s time to dive in and take a look at some potentially lucrative plays.

4:29 pm Saratoga (Race 7) – Pure Bode 8/1

Race 7 at Saratoga is an interesting $90,000 Allowance heat over a mile on the turf in which a case can be made for many but it’s the horse who is drawn down on the rail, Pure Bode, who can make the best of her way home. Mark Hennig’s filly broke her maiden tag on her third career start at Belmont Park and has since had three tries in the grade, albeit without winning, but she clocked her highest speed figure in her most recent fifth at Belmont and now could be the time to catch her. She has the box seat in stall one and threatens to make a mark at this level so she looks to be a nice each way prospect at least.

5:05 pm Saratoga (Race 8) – Noble Emotion 3/1

Noble Emotion is coming into Race 8 at Saratoga off the back of two very good wins, one of which was here, and he can make his mark in this $105,000 Allowance Optional Claiming contest over an extended five furlongs on the turf surface. He is two from two this year and is fairly lightly raced for a four-year-old having only had the nine career starts to date so there could be much more to come. Form figures at this course read 411 and, with top jockey Jose Ortiz taking the ride from stall three, he should go very close.

5:39 pm Saratoga (Race 9) – Wind Of Change 2/1

The penultimate race at Saratoga is the $120,000 Tale Of The Cat Stakes over six furlongs on the dirt and a field of six go to post here with preference for the in-form Wind Of Change. This Brazilian import is in the capable hands of trainer Saffie Joseph Jr who has been trying him mainly in Black Type and Graded races and he has been running well in those with his most recent effort being a victory in the Mr. Prospector Stakes at Monmouth Park. That was an effortless six and a quarter length win over this trip so I see no reason why he cannot replicate that and win again.

6:13 pm Saratoga Race 10 – Joey Loose Lips 2/1

A tricky looking $35,000 Claimer is the tenth and final race on Saratoga’s Friday card and it’s the horse in stall one, Joey Loose Lips, who can be victorious. So far he has yet to finish out of the frame from three starts with his most recent run being his best to date which was a neck second behind Bingo John in a $90,000 Allowance at this course. That form is as good as anything in this race so it should pay to keep it simple here and stick with Joey Loose Lips who will be fancied but for obvious reasons.
