There is plenty of great horse racing action to look forward to across America on Sunday, including at Saratoga race track. We have hit 23 winners in our last 54 races, profiting 31.2 units during this hot stretch. Let’s keep it rolling! Here are 3 runners whom we think look to be a class above the opposition in their respective races. It’s time to dive in and take a look at some potentially lucrative plays.

1:05 pm Saratoga (Race 1) – Time For Cupid 2/1

Impressed when coming home four-and-a-half-lengths clear of his five rivals in a maiden special weight over five furlongs at Lone Star Park when making his debut last month. Subsequently disqualified for causing interference to the runner-up that day she has demonstrated her wellbeing with a number of useful works this month including a 38.67 for three furlongs here six days ago. Looks up to getting off the mark with Ricardo Santana Jr in the saddle for trainer Steve Asmussen.

2:15 pm Saratoga (Race 3) – Clench 9/5

A six time winner from 30 career starts Rudy Rodriguez’s charge demonstrated fair form despite finishing last of six in a claiming event over six furlongs at this circuit at the end of last month. Gets a marked drop in grade here and having placed in a stronger race at Belmont Park as recently as June he is taken to register a second victory of the year having delivered a good 48.22 four furlong breeze at this venue recently.

5:39 pm Saratoga (Race 9) – Horologist 2/1

Demonstrated that she is up to competing at Graded stakes level winning in both Grade 2 and Grade 3 company last year. Has acquitted herself well since taking the Grade 2 Beldame Stakes at Belmont Park last October including when finishing runner-up in the Shuvee Stakes over this course and distance last month. Had to give best to the progressive Royal Flag that day and looks capable of delivering a second victory of the year in this contest.
