A new week begins in the NBA with a total of 9 games being played and we have a big one in Brooklyn as the Utah Jazz come to town to take on the Nets. Catch the game live on NBA TV from 7:30 pm ET. To add some extra excitement to the matchup, I’ve prepared a same game parlay which you can find below. The last time I did a same game parlay on a Brooklyn Nets game it resulted in a +1266 winner, so fingers crossed for the same tonight!

Also, make sure to check out our predictions on the side and total for Monday’s 9-game slate.

Let’s get into the Jazz vs Nets clash now!

Utah Jazz ML (+108)

Goran Dragic to record 8+ assists (+350)

Seth Curry over 2.5 made threes (-130)

Parlay odds: +1674

Utah Jazz ML (+108)

I’m actually surprised the Jazz are the underdogs in this game, they’ve been fairly consistent lately despite a bunch of injuries to key players such as Mike Conley and Bojan Bogdanovic. Both of those are expected back in the lineup tonight which should be a big boost to their chances on the road here. They just beat the Knicks by 15 points at MSG and although that’s not really a measuring stick at this point in the season, they will feel good about themselves. They’ve beaten the Nets in 8 of the last 10 meetings, including 6 of the last 7. They’ve also had decent luck when it comes to covering the spread, doing so in 5 of their last 7 at Barclays Center. With 11 wins in their last 12 against Atlantic Division opponents, I feel really good about the Jazz’s chances here.

Goran Dragic to record 8+ assists (+350)

Dragic has completely taken over the point guard responsibilities for the Nets, especially in home games where Kyrie Irving isn’t eligible to play. He’s averaging 5.3 assists per game over his last 10 games, while coming off 10 assists in the win over the Portland Trail Blazers. With Seth Curry back in the line-up, the Nets don’t need Dragic to score all that much and now he has more than enough options to pass the ball to. With Gobert guarding the inside, Brooklyn will most likely resort to taking more threes here — someone will have to feed the shooters, and that someone could be Dragic.

Seth Curry over 2.5 made threes (-130)

Curry coming back from injury is a major addition to the Nets roster here. He’s coming off a 27-point night in the win over Portland, which was his 2nd game in a row of scoring at least 24 points. In his last 7 games, Curry is shooting the three-ball at almost 48% which is unreal even for someone like him. He’s scored at least a trio of threes in 3 games in a row, and with Utah allowing almost 36% of makes from downtown this season, I expect Curry to pull the trigger often tonight. Just last night, Evan Fournier and RJ Barrett drained 5 and 4 threes against the Jazz. If they can do it, so can Curry.
