Week 15 of the NFL season continues on Saturday with a trio of games, one of which pits the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Indianapolis Colts. Pittsburgh is still over .500 at 7-6 but is coming off disastrous back-to-back losses at the hands of Arizona and New England. Indianapolis is also 7-6 after seeing a 4-game winning streak come to an end with a setback against Cincinnati in Week 14.

Here is my Same Game Parlay for the festivities, which get underway at 4:30 pm ET on NFL Network. Also be sure to check out our full Steelers vs Colts predictions.

Colts -6.5 (+216)

Gardner Minshew to record 275+ passing yards (+265)

Parlay odds: +934

Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as Gardner Minshew going off for a bunch of passing yards would obviously work well with a big win by Indianapolis. Let’s break down each of the 2 legs.

Colts -6.5 (+216)

The Steelers are without question the team in more trouble in this matchup. They will be starting backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, as Kenny Pickett is still sidelined. This Pittsburgh offense has been one of the worst in the league in 2023, averaging fewer than 17 points per game. Somehow head coach Mike Tomlin’s crew still owns a winning record, but things appear to be going downhill fast. If the Steelers want to have a chance to get back in the win column, they will need to get the ground game going with Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren. However, that won’t be easy against what is a solid Indianapolis defense. Although the Colts are coming off a loss on Sunday, they had won 4 straight games prior to that. The bottom line is that this seems to be a case of 2 teams going in opposite directions. Colts -1.5 is probably my favorite play of the whole week, so I’m willing to tease the spread closer to a touchdown for the sake of boosting this Same Game Parlay payoff.

Gardner Minshew to record 275+ passing yards (+265)

Given the circumstances (and especially if the Colts are going to win this one by at least 7 points), I really don’t think asking Minshew to reach the 275-yard mark is too much. He has thrown for at least 275 yards in 3 consecutive contests, including more than 250 in 2 of those and more than 300 on 1 occasion. Minshew has really stepped up as the starting quarterback ever since rookie Anthony Richardson got hurt and his connection with wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is looking really good right now. The Colts are facing a Pittsburgh defense that is in the bottom half of the NFL against the pass and is allowing 7.2 yards per pass attempt. It should also be noted that running back Jonathan Taylor is still injured, which means Indianapolis may be taking to the air more than it normally would be on Saturday.
