The Arizona Cardinals have the best record in football heading into a Week 10 home date with the Carolina Panthers. Let’s take a look at the best same game parlay option for Panthers vs Cardinals, and also be sure to check out our full game preview for picks on the side and total.

Cardinals -10.5 (-106)

Christian Kirk to score a touchdown (+140)

Christian McCaffrey team first touchdown scorer (+240)

Parlay odds: +1347

Part of the value in same game parlays, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as Christian Kirk finding the endzone would obviously work well with an Arizona win. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with also tipping Christian McCaffrey to score a touchdown. But even if McCaffrey does, there is no reason why the Cardinals can’t take care of business. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Cardinals -10.5 (-106)

Arizona is 8-1 after bouncing back from its lone loss of the season (24-21 to Green Bay) with a 31-17 road rout of NFC West rival San Francisco last weekend. Kyler Murray (ankle) didn’t even play and the Cardinals still had no trouble taking care of business with Colt McCoy under center. DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) was also sidelined. Hopkins’ status is unclear, while Murray should be good to go. As long as Murray plays, the Cards should dominate regardless of the weapons he has at his disposal. The Panthers are 1-5 in their last six since beginning the season 3-0 and they have scored in single-digits in two of the last three games. Adding insult to injury, or vice versa, quarterback Sam Darnold is likely out for four weeks because of a shoulder problem and PJ Walker is in line to make his second career start. Carolina is 1-5 ATS in its last 6 overall and 1-4 ATS in its last 5 against the NFC. The Cardinals are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 overall and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 against opponents with losing records.

Christian Kirk to score a touchdown (+140)

Hopkins and A.J. Green are questionable for Arizona. Obviously it would help Kirk’s touchdown-scoring chances if one or both of those guys can’t play, but either way he has a decent shot. Kirk has racked up 545 yards and four scores so far this season, with two of those touchdowns coming in the last four weeks. He hauled in all six of his targets for 91 yards during last week’s win over San Francisco. Carolina is second in the NFL in passing defense but finds itself in the middle of the pack in passing TDs allowed (13).

Christian McCaffrey team first touchdown scorer (+240)

McCaffrey is -105 to score at any time, but I like the value on him being Carolina’s first scorer a lot more. Heck, the Panthers may not score more than once against a stout Arizona defense. Walker is unproven, and you can be sure he is going to do a lot of handing off to McCaffrey in addition to throwing short dump passes to his star running back.
