It will be an NFC West showdown when the Arizona Cardinals visit the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon. Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins are game-time decisions for Arizona, which throws a bit of a wrench into the equation. Let’s take a look at the best same game parlay option for Cardinals vs 49ers, and also be sure to check out our full game preview for picks on the side and total.

Cardinals ML (+116)

James Conner to score a touchdown (+135)

Christian Kirk to score a touchdown (+150)

Parlay odds: +855

Part of the value in same game parlays, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as both James Conner and Christian Kirk finding the end zone would obviously work well with an Arizona win. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Cardinals ML (+116)

Murray is dealing with an ankle injury and Hopkins is hobbled by a hamstring issue. If Murray can’t go, Colt McCoy would be under center for Arizona. Hopkins’ absence would lead to a bigger workload for fellow receivers Kirk and Rondale Moore. Whatever the case, the Cardinals are hoping to bounce back from their first loss of the season — a 24-21 setback against Green Bay last Thursday night. Even though a long week may not be long enough to heal their injured stars, it is still an overall benefit. The 49ers played last Sunday and beat Chicago 33-22, but that marked their first win since Week 2. San Francisco’s three defeated opponents this season have a combined 6-18 record.

James Conner to score a touchdown (+135)

The news does not sound especially encouraging for either Murray or Hopkins, and any absences would mean a more significant workload for Conner. Even if those stars do play, you have to like Conner’s chances of scoring at least 1 touchdown. He has already found the end zone 8 times this year, and all 8 have come in the last 6 games. The former Pittsburgh standout (both college and pro) has delivered 3 TDs in the last 2 outings. He now faces a 49ers defense that is 26th in the league against the run and has yielded 9 rushing scores.

Christian Kirk to score a touchdown (+150)

Don’t be surprised if Kirk finds paydirt, as well, and he has strong value at +150. Although San Francisco is stingy against the pass, it has given up 11 touchdowns via the airwaves while making only 2 interceptions. Even with Hopkins on the field, Kirk still has 34 receptions for 454 yards and 4 scores this year. He has scored in 2 of the last 3. Assuming Hopkins is out, Kirk will be featured in the offense to an even greater extent. San Fran has surrendered 11 passing TDs this season while making only 2 INTs.
