The Dallas Cowboys will play their annual Thanksgiving home game when they host the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday afternoon. Both teams need a win in the worst way, as Dallas has lost two of three and Las Vegas has not won since Week 7. Let’s take a look at the best same game parlay option for Raiders vs Cowboys, and also be sure to check out our full game preview for picks on the side and total.

Dallas Cowboys ML (-335)

Ezekiel Elliott first Cowboys touchdown scorer (+310)

Derek Carr Over 263.5 passing yards (-114)

Parlay odds: +868

Part of the value in same game parlays, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as Ezekiel Elliott scoring a touchdown would obviously work well with a Dallas win. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with tipping Derek Carr to rack up his fair share of yards through the air. But even if Carr does, there is no reason why the Cowboys can’t take care of business. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Dallas Cowboys ML (-335)

Although the Cowboys have not been in great form, they have to feel good about their defense. Excluding a bizarre loss to Denver, 3 of their last 4 opponents have managed only 16, 3, and 19 points. When you give up just 19 to the Chiefs, you generally have a good chance to win; their offense simply failed to deliver. Rookie linebacker Micah Parsons had 2 sacks, 2 tackles for loss, and 3 quarterback hits last weekend. Of Parsons’ 8 sacks, 5.5 have come in the last 3 games. The Raiders did well to stay afloat briefly following the abrupt departure of head coach Jon Gruden, but now it seems like all of the off-the-field turmoil is finally catching up to them. They have lost 3 games in row coming out of their Week 8 bye and their most recent points outputs are 16, 14, and 13.

Ezekiel Elliott first Cowboys touchdown scorer (+310)

Elliott’s yardage totals have been anemic of late, but he has scored 7 times on the ground this season in addition to 1 touchdown reception. He delivered 2 TDs against Atlanta in Week 10. Elliott should be in line for more success at the Raiders’ expense. They are 29th in the NFL in rushing defense and have surrendered 10 such touchdowns. For the Cowboys, Amari Cooper is out and CeeDee Lamb is questionable – giving them all the more reason to feature Elliott on Thanksgiving.

Derek Carr Over 263.5 passing yards (-114)

The departure of Henry Ruggs III obviously hurts Las Vegas’ offense, but Carr can still generate decent yardage totals. I actually think this play goes well with a Cowboys victory, because the Raiders will have to air it out if they are playing from behind. Carr has thrown for at least 261 yards in 4 of the last 5 games (including totals of 323 and 341), so asking him to reach the 264 mark really isn’t a lot. Dallas is in the bottom half of the league in passing defense and is allowing the 12th-most yards per pass attempt (7.5).
