The 2021 NFL season has been a wild ride, and the regular season wraps up on Sunday with a full Week 18 slate. The playoffs are almost here, and what better way to celebrate than by betting a same game parlay? We’ve got an NFC West rivalry matchup between the Seahawks and Cardinals here, and I’ve cooked up an SGP for the occasion:

We have a 2-leg same game parlay, which pays out at north of 13/1 with FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s break it down.
Seattle Seahawks ML (+198)
To start this same game parlay we’ve got Seattle on the money line. I’m not exactly a Seahawks guy, nor am I a believer in Russell Wilson at this point of his career. But I’m also not a believer in this Cardinals team, and I don’t think they looked too impressive in their bounce-back win over the Cowboys last week. The offense hasn’t looked the same since Kyler Murray returned from his ankle injury, nor since DeAndre Hopkins went down. Seattle isn’t going to just roll over because they aren’t making the playoffs.
The Seahawks would surely like to spoil Arizona’s chances of winning the NFC West. They’ll also have revenge on their mind from when the Cards beat them in their own building earlier this year. I’m not ready to buy back in on Kliff Kingsbury just because they squeaked out a win over Dallas last week. They’ve still lost 3 of 4 overall, including an ugly one to the Lions.
Tyler Lockett 100+ alternate receiving yards (+450)
All we need to cash this same game parlay is a big game from Lockett, and we’re getting better than 13/1. Lockett had 115 yards when these teams played earlier this season, so he clearly can matchup well against a Vance Joseph defense. Need more evidence of that? He had a 200-yard game against Arizona last year. A bet only has to cash 18.2% of the time to be worth it at +450. Lockett has got to at least 100 yards in 5/15 games this year, a rate north of 33%. There also could be a more concerted effort to get him the ball. As my colleague Jared Smith astutely pointed out in his must-read incentives column, Lockett will earn a whopping $1.2 million if he can score 2 touchdowns in this game. So expect to see Wilson targeting him early and often.
