Real Madrid to beat Borussia Monchengladbach – Money Line and both teams to score (+188), 3:00 p.m ET

There should be an exciting finale to Group B of the Champions League with all four teams still in with a chance of qualifying for the knockout stages.

Real Madrid is expected to win the group but the 13-time European champions cannot be considered a lock against dangerous Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Germans are averaging more than three goals per game in the Champions League this season and an offensive unit featuring France national team players Alassane Plea and Marcus Thuram could get on the scoresheet at the Bernabeu.

Gladbach’s defense is less secure, conceding seven times in three group games against Real and Inter Milan. Spanish champions Real should get the win they need but it may not be straightforward for Zinedine Zidane’s men.

Inter Milan vs. Shakhtar Donetsk – Both teams to score (-137), 3:00 p.m ET

Inter Milan kept alive their hopes of qualifying with a dramatic 3-2 win at Gladbach on matchday five and they must take maximum points at home to Shakhtar Donetsk if they are to reach the knockout stage.

However, the Ukrainians should have no inferiority complex after beating Real at home and away and they can take advantage of Inter’s defensive generosity.

Inter has claimed only one shutout in their last eight Champions League matches and they are sure to feel the pressure of the situation against Shakhtar, who were 3-0 up at half-time on their trip to the Bernabeu in October.

Shakhtar was brushed aside 5-0 by Inter at the San Siro in last season’s Europa League but they should get more opportunities against their desperate hosts this time around.

Porto not to lose vs. Olympiakos – Double chance (+106), 3:00 p.m ET

Unlike in Group B, there is little to play for in Group C but runners-up Porto is a nice play to avoid defeat away to Olympiakos.

Manchester City and Porto have been a cut above Olympiakos and Marseille in this section and even if Porto rests some of their senior players they should be competitive in Greece.

The Portuguese champions lost 3-1 to City on matchday one but their defense has kept four straight shutouts since then and Olympiakos has scored only two goals in five Champions League matches this season.

The Greeks need to at least match Marseille’s result in Manchester to qualify for the Europa League but their limited offense may not have an easy night against Porto.
