Week 12 NFL Props: Best Anytime Touchdown Scorer Bets: The Tank Dell show on Sunday

Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud (7) and wide receiver Tank Dell (3) celebrate during the second half against the Indianapolis Colts at NRG Stadium.

It’s the most exciting bet in football, and I have not one, not two, not three, but FOUR touchdown scorer picks for Week 12. Each and every pick is at plus odds because I strive to find the best value. I’ve focused on wide receivers with one tight end for my Week 12 picks, so without further ado, let’s get right into who I think will cross the pylon on Sunday!

Tank Dell, RB, HOU +170

I’m surprised, baffled and delighted to see Tank Dell at this price. Dell has quickly become C.J. Stroud’s favorite target, and the on-field chemistry has developed faster than anyone could have imagined. In the last three weeks, Dell has 20 catches on 35 targets for 319 yards and 4 touchdowns. But it gets even better because Dell has a generous matchup against a Tennessee secondary that has struggled to limit the passing game.

After 11 weeks, the Titans defense ranks in the bottom 10 in passing yards allowed per game. Besides allowing a lot of space to wide receivers in coverage, the Tennessee secondary has been awful at defending the deep balls since they are at the bottom of the league in 20+ and 40+ yard pass plays. With 4 scores already in his last 3 games, Dell is in a great position to extend his touchdown streak.

Michael Pittman, WR, IND +160

The Buccaneers’ secondary is really, really bad. Tampa Bay is allowing more than 270 passing yards per game, which would be the worst in the league, but somehow, the Chargers are even worse. Last week, the Bucs allowed Brock Purdy to go 21/25 for 333 yards and throw 3 passing touchdowns. And two weeks before that was the infamous game when the Buccaneers allowed C.J. Stroud to throw for 470 yards and 5 passing touchdowns.

It’s safe to say I’m pretty low on Tampa Bay’s secondary, and one Colt whom I expect to take advantage of that is Michael Pittman. Pittman has led the Colts in targets and receptions in every game but one since Week 6. As long as Gardner Minshew continues to look at Pittman 10+ times a game, the rising star in Indianapolis has a great chance to find the end zone.

Here’s our NFL Week 12 millionaire parlay

Dalton Kincaid, TE, BUF +175

The next star in Buffalo might just be Dalton Kincaid. The rookie tight end has taken off after Dalton Knox got injured, and his chemistry with Josh Allen seems to get stronger every week. In the last 5 weeks, Kincaid has 34 catches on 39 targets for 318 yards and 2 touchdowns. Since Stefon Diggs attracts so much attention, Allen has been forced to look elsewhere, and Kincaid has become the primary benefactor. Plu, he has an excellent matchup against the Eagles in Week 12. Admittedly, Philadelphia has a phenomenal defense — but it can be vulnerable against tight ends.

Last week in Kansas City the Eagles allowed Travis Kelce to have 7 catches for 44 yards and a touchdown. The week before that, the Eagles surrendered 7 catches, 91 yards and a touchdown to Jake Ferguson of the Cowboys. See the trend? So at these odds it’s hard to pass up Kincaid to find the end zone in Week 12.

Odell Beckham Jr., WR, BAL +220

Mark Andrews is out, and the door for OBJ is officially open. The veteran receiver stepped up after Andrew’s injury as he led the team in targets, catches and yards. Beckham Jr. finished with 4 receptions on 7 targets and 116 receiving yards, which was the best game of his season. Beckham Jr. and Zay Flowers will now be the top 2 options for Lamar Jackson moving forward, and Baltimore is lucky enough to face the Chargers in Week 12. Los Angeles has the worst secondary in football as they rank 32nd in passing yards allowed per game, and the crazy thing is they are allowing 20 more passing yards than the next worse team.

It’s become obvious that the secondary is Los Angeles’ weak spot, and teams continue to exploit that weakness week in and week out. Although Jackson likes to use his legs a lot, I’m anticipating more patience in the pocket to find his receivers open downfield. This is arguably the best matchup OBJ will have all season.
