Good morning, Pickswise Nation! Last night we saw the Celtics pull level with the Heat in their Conference Finals series, while the Lightning completed the sweep against the Panthers to go another step closer to the three-peat. Let’s dive into making your next bet better!

About Last Night

Celtics even things up with Heat
Despite Marcus Smart being inactive, the Celtics crushed the Heat 102-82 to bring the series level at 2-2 as things shift back to Miami. The Warriors are -155 favorites to win the NBA Championship, with the Celtics at +260, Heat at +440 and Mavs out at +4600.

Strong MLB day for Pickswise cappers
We had a tidy 12-game slate of baseball action last night, and our MLB cappers proved they know their numbers as they went 9-3 on totals. The standout results include the Mets crushing the Giants 13-3 and the Orioles upsetting the Yankees 6-4.

Lightning sweep Panthers
The Tampa Bay Lightning proved exactly why they have won the Stanley Cup the past two years, as they beat the Panthers 2-0 last night to win their series 4-0. Meanwhile, the Avalanche moved 3-1 up on the Blues after a commanding 6-3 win.

Today’s Slate

Do-or-die for Mavs against Warriors
The Western Conference Finals continue with Game 4 between the Warriors and Mavs, and with Dallas currently 3-0 down, Luka Doncic and co. will need to give it all they’ve got to get the win and keep their playoff hopes alive. Read our full game preview for Warriors vs Mavericks, including a 3-star best bet.

Rangers and Flames look to pull level
We have two more NHL Playoffs Game 4s tonight, with the Rangers looking to pull level with the Hurricanes as they are currently down in the series 2-1. Meanwhile, the Oilers lead the Flames 2-1 in the Battle of Alberta, as Edmonton looks to make full use of their home advantage. Don’t miss our picks for those matchups.

Full slate in MLB
We’ve got a full 15-game MLB slate today with all games taking place this evening. We’ve got Brewers vs Padres being nationally televised on TBS at 9:40 pm ET. Meanwhile, the Giants look to bounce back from their devastating loss to the Mets at 9:45 pm ET. Check out today’s MLB game previews.

Best Bet of the Day

Golden State Warriors vs Dallas Mavericks Under 215.5
9 pm ET, TNT

We’ve now seen the under cash in 2 of the 3 games played in this series and there’s a good chance that trend continues in Game 4. Stephen Curry is yet to have a bad game in this series. For a player that relies a ton on his jump shot that is bound to happen at some point, why not in Game 4? Dallas’s best chance of winning here is if they somehow contain Curry. We’ve seen Klay Thompson be inconsistent and let’s face it, Andrew Wiggins scoring 27 points isn’t something that happens often. I’m expecting a low-scoring game once again here, so it’s worth rolling with the under. Read our full game preview for Warriors vs Mavericks.
