Pride is at stake for the Dallas Mavericks, who come into Game 4 against the Golden State Warriors with a 3-0 deficit. Can they avoid the sweep tonight? Game 4 tips off at 9:00 pm ET on TNT and I’ve prepared a same game parlay for the big matchup.

We also have predictions on the side and total for Game 5 of the Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat series, so don’t forget to check those out.

Let’s dive into tonight’s game!

Dallas Mavericks -4.5 alternate spread (+142)

Luka Doncic to record 10+ assists (+220)

Spencer Dinwiddie over 13.5 points (-116)

Parlay odds: +1018

Dallas Mavericks -4.5 (+142) over Golden State Warriors

Golden State has had issues closing out teams on the road in these playoffs, so don’t be sure that they’ll complete the sweep on Tuesday against Dallas. In Round 1 against the Nuggets, they were in a similar situation only to lose 126-121 in Game 4. Against Memphis in Round 2 they were on the road in Game 5 while being up 3-1, but were beaten 134-95, only to close out the Grizzlies in front of their home fans.

Dallas has one stat working for them ahead of this game and that’s their record in home games where they are the favorite – they’ve won 13 of their last 15 such games. At 34-14, the Mavs are one of the better home teams in the NBA, I don’t believe Doncic will allow them to get swept here. He is a superstar and superstars are capable of getting you one win in a series — it’s always been like that in the NBA. Go with the Mavs in Game 4.

Luka Doncic to record 10+ assists (+220)

After consecutive 40-point scoring games, Luka Doncic needs to revert back to being a distributor and trust his teammates more in order for the Mavs to stay alive here. Getting just 3 assists on Sunday was very uncharacteristic of Luka, who usually averages 8.7 assists this season. The Warriors are doing a really solid job on him, making him a scorer first, but not allowing others to get into the flow of the offense. As a result, in 2 of the 3 games played the Mavs scored just 87 and 100 points. Those types of numbers aren’t a threat for these Warriors, and if Doncic plays more as he did in Game 2 I believe Dallas has a really solid chance here.

Doncic’s teammates will need to step up too though — a 0-for-10 performance from Reggie Bullock in Game 3 certainly wouldn’t help again. Let’s hope Luka dishes the ball to his teammates a bit more here and they knock down some shots.

Spencer Dinwiddie over 13.5 points (-116)

I am hoping one of those teammates is Spencer Dinwiddie.  In the first 3 games of this series, he has gone over his total twice by scoring 17 in Game 1 and 26 in Game 3. He drained 4 threes in that game on Sunday and connected on 7 of his 13 attempts from the field. Dinwiddie and Luka have worked well off each other when they are on the court at the same time, but when Doncic exits the game then Dinwiddie completely takes over the Mavericks’ offense.

Stephen Curry is too small to stay in front of Dinwiddie, while Klay Thompson just isn’t the same defender he was prior to his injuries. Against the Suns in Game 7, Dinwiddie had a 30-point night and with the Mavs’ season on the line tonight I expect his best effort tonight.
