Commanders vs 49ers Same Game Parlay: Best SGP Picks
Week 6 of the NFL season wraps up with Sunday Night Football between the Washington Commanders and San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Washington (1-3-1) is coming off an infamous tie against the Giants in Week 5. San Franciso (5-0) is one of three remaining undefeated teams in the entire league.
I cashed a pair of Week 4 Same Game Parlays (+750 on TNF between the Steelers vs Browns and +650 on MNF between the Falcons and Saints) before striking again at +700 on MNF in Week 5 (Brills vs Rams). Let's keep the momentum going with my SGP for Monday’s primetime festivities, which get underway at 8:15 pm ET on ESPN. Also be sure to check out our full Commanders vs 49ers predictions.
49ers -9.5 alternate spread (+105)
George Kittle to record 70+ receiving yards (+107)
George Kittle to score a touchdown (+110)
Parlay odds: +525
Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as San Francisco tight end George Kittle having a big night would obviously work well with a big win by the 49ers. Let’s break down each of the three legs.
49ers -9.5 alternate spread (+105)
Just two years ago it looked like the Commanders were a team on the rise, catapulted by a young quarterback Jayden Daniels – who looked like he could transform the franchise. Fast forward to 2026 and head coach Dan Quinn’s crew is on a steep and alarming decline. A comedy of errors has this team at 1-3-1, which comes on the heels of a 5-12 effort last season. Now the Commanders have to face an undefeated 49ers squad, and they have to do so on the road. San Francisco ranks in the top three of the NFL in both passing offense and passing defense. In this day and age, that is going to get you places. And it should get the Niners another win on Monday night. It’s also worth noting that Stefon Diggs of the Commanders is questionable and fellow WR Terry McLaurin has always struggled to stay healthy. It’s hard to see the visitors keeping up with Brock Purdy and company.
George Kittle to record 70+ receiving yards (+107)
Kittle should be in line for a huge outing at Washington’s expense. The Commanders rank #29 in the league against the pass, conceding 255.0 yards per game on 7.1 yards per pass attempt. They are allowing the second-most fantasy points to tight ends, ahead of only the Lions in that department. In a Week 5 tie against the Giants, Washington let New York tight end Isaiah Likely explode for 94 yards and two touchdowns on 11 receptions. Meanwhile, Kittle has produced 70 receiving yards or more in three of his last four games. This stretch features performances of 80 yards against the Dolphins and 82 yards against the Cardinals.
George Kittle to score a touchdown (+110)
Kittle has scored four touchdowns in the last four games. The former Iowa standout loves the big stage and has a history of success in primetime. In his last two standalone night games in the 2025 campaign, Kittle caught six of 10 targets for 78 yards in a Week 12 victory over the Panthers and then caught seven of eight targets for 115 yards and one TD during a Week 16 defeat of Indianapolis. He now faces a Washington defense that is giving up 29.8 points per game. At plus money, Kittle has great value to put yet another touchdown on the board.
