His xERA (5.60), xBA (.309) and pitching run value fall in the 19th percentile or worse. While the Athletics’ offense hasn’t been a world beater, a 103 wRC+ against RHP is above league average. You can’t exactly say the same for Seattle in this matchup.

Seattle has the better bullpen in this matchup, but it’s tough to pass up on a +150 price in what seemingly is a relatively even matchup on paper. I’ll take the Athletics to win outright.
