There are 10 games on the schedule Monday night in the NBA. Five games have a spread of 5 points or fewer. Every game has a total of 217.5 points or fewer except one. As always, stay up date on the latest injury news since lines can change. Bets may be added throughout the day if there are additional spots that arise, so be sure to check back later in the day. My record is 25-15 for the season. Here are my picks for tonight.

San Antonio Spurs (+7.5) at Phoenix Suns

The Suns had their 18-game winning streak come to an end on Friday with a 22-point loss to the Warriors on the road. The Suns were without Devin Booker and he will be out again tonight. The Spurs have won 4 straight games, beating the Celtics and Wizards at home followed by road wins at Portland and Golden State. The Spurs hosted the Suns on Nov. 22 and lost, 115-111. The Spurs are 12-9 ATS and as good as the Suns have been, they are only 12-11 ATS. The Spurs are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games as an underdog. The Suns are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games following an ATS loss. The Spurs can keep this close.

Los Angeles Clippers at Portland Trail Blazers Over 215.5 Points

The Trail Blazers defense has been awful. They rank last in defensive efficiency and have been getting torched the last few games. They have allowed at least 114 points in 5 of the last 6 games, including 145 in their last game to the Celtics. The Clippers rank 4th in defensive efficiency, but have struggled defensively in recent games. They have allowed at least 115 points in 3 of the last 4 games. The Clippers are favored by 3 points and the Blazers are 4-1 in their last 5 games as an underdog. This is a good spot for the Clippers supporting cast around Paul George to produce offensively. The Clippers have gone over in 3 of the last 4.

Dillon Brooks Under 26.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists (-120 on FanDuel)

This line is too high. Brooks has not been putting up great stats, even with Ja Morant out. Desmond Bane has been the one to see his production increase. Brooks has scored 17 points or fewer in 4 of the last 5 games. He is averaging 16.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists. Brooks has stayed under this total in 7 of the last 8 games. Books is shooting 41.3 percent from the field, including 30.6 percent from 3-point range. He has shot 41.7 percent from the field or lower in 4 of the last 6. The Heat aren’t the same defensive team without Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, but Brooks hasn’t done enough to believe he can go over.

Josh Giddey Over 6.5 Rebounds (+120 on Caesars)

Giddey has been out due to illness and hasn’t played since last Monday. He’s no longer on the injury report and will return tonight. Giddey has been one of the top rookies and is averaging 7.2 rebounds. Giddey has gone over this total in 7 of the last 8 games and the one he fell short, Giddey only played 25 minutes. The Pistons are favored by 4.5 points and it should be a competitive game. The Pistons rank 24th in the NBA in opponents rebounds per game.
