There are 5 games on the NBA slate on Tuesday, which includes a doubleheader on TNT. The first game will see the Los Angeles Lakers visit Madison Square Garden to take on the New York Knicks. With the Lakers outside of the playoff picture and on a 2-game losing streak, a win here could be crucial. Later, the New Orleans Pelicans will visit the Denver Nuggets looking to end the longest losing streak in the NBA. Be sure to read our NBA predictions for each of tonight’s games, but for now, let’s dive into my best NBA player prop picks.

Terry Rozier over 22.5 points (-111)
The last time Terry Rozier went up against the Milwaukee Bucks, he erupted for 39 points. Considering his recent play offensively, he could be set for another great performance. Over the last 6 games, he has scored at least 23 points on 5 occasions, not attempting below 19 field goals in any of those games. He is making 46.8% of his shots in January, averaging 25.4 points in the process. If he keeps that level of aggression up, he will have a great chance of hitting the over. The Bucks are 5th in the league in pace over the last 10 games and that should help Rozier to get enough possessions to put shots up tonight. Back the over on this one.

Nikola Vucevic over 3.5 assists (-125)
Nikola Vucevic has been in his passing bag of late for the Chicago Bulls. He is averaging 4.4 assists in the month of January, hitting the over on this line in 7 of his last 8 games. Going up against the Clippers should be favorable too. He will have a role to play in pulling Ivica Zubac away from the rim, creating space in the paint. He will be able to do this thanks to his floor spacing ability while also being able to pick out cutters to the lane. With Paul George and Kawhi Leonard being great wing defenders, look for Vucevic to play a bigger role in the offense using hand-off screens. That should help him maintain his recent assist streak.

LeBron James over 7.5 rebounds (+105)
Through 12 games in January, LeBron James is averaging 9.3 rebounds per contest. During that stretch, he failed to record 8 rebounds in a game just once. Look for that run to continue here against the New York Knicks. Over the last 10 games, his opponents are 20th in the league in true shooting percentage. With Anthony Davis back for the Lakers, look for their defensive play to improve here. This season the teams are also 23rd and 26th respectively in 3-point percentage. That should lead to an increased number of long rebounds for James to chase down. On current form, back him to grab at least 8 tonight.
