Show Bio

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. There are 8 games on the NBA slate on Tuesday with plenty of teams desperate for wins. Squads like the Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets are all in action tonight hoping that a win would help solidify their position and keep them away from the play-ins. While teams like the Washington Wizards and the Los Angeles Lakers will be hoping to ensure they are still have a game to play once the regular season ends.

Be sure to check out all of our NBA picks for todays games. But for now take a look at my favourite player props below.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander over 31.5 points (-104)

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander came back from a 5-game absence with an explosive 38-point performance in his last outing for the Oklahoma City Thunder. It helped take his point average over the last 5 games to 34.8 per night. He will have a great chance of improving on that here as he takes on the Golden State Warriors. The visitors have been one of the worst teams on the road this season, ranking 28th in defensive rating. With Josh Giddey setting the table and Jalen Williams going through a great scoring stretch, the Warriors will not be able to risk sending double-teams his way. With the visitors also offering little resistance in the paint, ranking 27th in blocks per game, SGA should be able to get inside and finish. Look for him to cook up a big scoring game tonight.

These NBA player props are available to bet on at DraftKings Sportsbook, where new customers can bet $5 and get $150 in bonus bets if your team wins. Click this link to take advantage of this great offer.

Alperen Sengun over 23.5 points + rebounds (-113)

Alperen Sengun is starting to pick up his form for the Houston Rockets. He has managed at least 26 combined points and rebounds in each of his last 2 games and should have a great chance continuing that against the Brooklyn Nets. Up against him will be Nic Claxton. The Nets center gives up a bulk advantage to Sengun and happens to be a keen shot blocker. A player as savvy in the post as Sengun should be well positioned to take full advantage with his array of pump fakes. With Claxton is also not a  floor spacing threat. The Turkish center should be able to remain in and around the paint throughout the night. Over the last 10 games the Nets are 27th in rebounding percentage. Look for Sengun to take advantage and put together a big stat line.

Mark Williams over 20.5 points + rebounds (-104)

Charlotte Hornets rookie Mark Williams has been on a roll. Over his last 5 outings he has managed a combined 21 points and rebounds in 4 games. He came just 1 shy in the other. Look for him to continue that form against the New York Knicks tonight. He will be up against Mitchell Robinson tonight. The Knicks center is 7th in the league in blocks per game. That should encourage the Hornets guards to look for Williams as a lob threat when Robinson comes over to help on their drives to the rim. With the Knicks man not being able to space the floor on the other end, Williams will not be pulled too far out of the paint tonight. He is averaging 10 rebounds per game over his last 10 contests and should be able to put up similar numbers as a result. That would give him a great chance to hit this over.
