Welcome to another week of football! After an exciting Thursday Night Football matchup in Dallas, we have a full Sunday slate for football fans to enjoy. There are still plenty of player prop bets with value this week, and I’ve chosen a pair of best bets in the NFC for my favorite Week 12 player prop picks. Without any further ado, let’s get right into them, and make sure to check out our NFL Week 13 predictions too.

Amon-Ra St. Brown over 86.5 receiving yards (-110)

The Detroit Lions need a win in the worst way on Sunday and I’m of the belief that Jared Goff will look to his trusty top target early and often to get this Lions passing offense back on track. Goff has struggled with turnovers in recent weeks, but that hasn’t stopped the veteran quarterback from finding St. Brown, who’s racked up at least 95 receiving yards in 5 of his last 6 games, including 4 games of well over 100 yards. Considering that Detroit’s top receiver is also averaging 8.2 receptions per game on the season, I’m expecting another monster effort from St. Brown against a Bears defense that has been very poor against the pass, allowing the 4th-most receiving yards this season. Let’s go back to the well with St. Brown on Sunday.

Tim Boyle Under 175.5 passing yards (-113)

The quarterback situation for the New York Jets has been an unmitigated disaster all season long, and I don’t see that changing with Tim Boyle expected to start on Sunday. However, this is a winnable game for New York given how strong the Jets are on the defensive side of the ball, plus it’s not like the Atlanta Falcons are a juggernaut in any capacity. The close spread and extremely low total indicates that both teams will lean on their ground attacks, which is exactly what I see the Jets doing at home. Add in expected precipitation in the forecast and the game script screams 3 yards and a cloud of dust for New York.

Most of Boyle’s passing attempts and yards came in garbage time last week, but don’t expect Robert Salah to cut Boyle loose in a game of this magnitude. After all, the Jets season likely ends with a loss on Sunday. It wouldn’t surprise me if Boyle was benched if things go poorly, but even so, I like getting his under passing yards at this number.
