We’ve got just a two-game slate for Sunday’s NHL card, but there is still an opportunity to find some value. Right now, we’re going to be focusing on player props, bringing you a few of our favorite props. Before you bet these, make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for every game.

Patrick Kane Over 1 Points (-136)

The Dallas Stars are surely going to be deflated here, knowing they will not be part of the postseason. The Stars were eliminated after Nashville won the other night and it is likely that Dallas may not have the focus needed to win this game. Because of that, we will not be focusing on a Dallas player, but the best Chicago player instead. That of course is Patrick Kane. He is the top point scorer on the Blackhawks with 64 points and is 7th in the NHL. In six games against the Stars, Kane has six points total and has cashed this prop three times. He also will have motivation to play well in this game because Chicago will be welcoming back fans and Kane could move into the top three in the league for points if he ends up having a monster game. Knowing how good he is, backing him to have at least one point will be our play.

Brady Tkachuk Over 0.5 Points (-114)

There is not a ton to love about the Ottawa Senators this season, but they do have a promising player in Brady Tkachuk. Now he only has 35 points this season, but that is enough to lead his team. Breaking it down further, he has 18 goals and 17 assists. Both of these marks rank top four on the Senators. In eight games against the Flames this season, Tkachuk has four points. He scored a point in fur separate games as well. Though considering he will be playing his brother, Matthew Tkachuk, for the final time this season, he will probably want to outperform him. It is true that neither of these teams have much to play for and we do think that Calgary will come away with a win. However, backing Ottawa’s best player to score a point will be our prop play tonight.
