We have put together a list of all of the day’s best odds boosts, which happen to be from DraftKings Sportsbook, BetMGM Sportsbook, FanDuel Sportsbook, and PointsBet Sportsbook. We’ll discuss whether or not they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Lucas Giolito to record 8+ Strikeouts – Boosted to +450 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Tonight we will see the White Sox and the Twins face off in what looks to be a rather easy win for Chicago. Lucas Giolito will be on the mound for the White Sox and he has been solid this season. Specifically, we are going to be needing strikeout, something Giolito has plenty of. Giolito has 145 strikeouts over 129.0 innings, so because Minnesota’s lineup really has not been that great, this looks to be worth a play.

Brewers vs Cubs: Over 1.5 home runs hit in the first 3 innings – Boosted to +360 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Looking for some early power here in a battle of NL Central rivals. Though Freddy Peralta is on the mound for the Brewers and his 2.21 ERA would suggest that he will not be giving up many long balls. Alec Mills will be on the mound for the Cubs, and even though he has an ERA of 4.41, I would still not expect the Brewers to go deep on him early on. For this reason, this looks to be an odds boost worth avoiding.

Yankees to hit 3+ home runs – Boosted to +380 with DraftKings Sportsbook

This is another odds boost where we will be looking for power. Though this time, it will only need to come from one team, the New York Yankees. Facing Carlos Hernandez and the Royals will certainly give the Yankees a chance to hit a few long balls, and with their lineup, this looks to be worth a play.

Reds vs Indians: Each team to record 1+ hit in the first inning – Boosted to +180 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The battle of Ohio will kick off tonight between the Cincinnati Reds and the Cleveland Indians. For this prop, we are going to need each team to record a hit in the first inning. That does not seem to hard for the Reds, who have plenty of hot bats at the top of their lineup. As for the Indians, they have a couple of decent bats at the top. Luis Castillo will start for the Reds, and he has not been himself this season. He has a record of 6-10 and an ERA of 4.09. So, while the Indians will likely not win, asking them to record a hit in the opening frame is reasonable. For that reason, this looks to be worth a small play.

Patriots & Steelers both to win – Boosted to +360 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Note that this odds boost will not kick off until Thursday night when the NFL preseason resumes. Here we will need both the New England Patriots and the Pittsburgh Steelers to win. The Patriots will be playing the Washington Football Team and the Steelers will be playing the Philadelphia Eagles. The Steelers have actually already played a game, easily beating the Dallas Cowboys in the Hall of Fame Game last week. Having already played, the Steelers have a slight advantage because the Eagles will need to adjust to their game plan. Their defense looked good against the Cowboys and I would expect the same here.

As for the Patriots, I would expect Bill Belichick to have his team ready to go. Betting against Belichick is usually not a great idea, plus the Washington Football Team is not expected to be good. For that reason, this looks to be worth a small play.

New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox & Milwaukee Brewers all to Win – Boosted to +300 with FanDuel Sportsbook

Here we will be looking for three teams to come through and win. They all have favorable matchups with the Yankees facing the Royals, the White Sox facing the Twins and the Brewers facing the Cubs. Our experts like all three of these teams to win, making this parlay a solid play.

Jose Abreu to have 1+ RBI and the White Sox to win – Boosted to +105 with PointsBet Sportsbook

This odds boost will look specifically at Jose Abreu. He will need to record at least 1 RBI and the White Sox are going to need to win. We already like the White Sox to win with no issues, so it will probably come down to Abreu producing some offense. Abreu is 16 for 49 this season against the Twins (.326), and has 15 RBI’s in 13 games. For that reason, this looks to be worth a play.

White Sox to win by 2+ runs – Boosted to +100 with BetMGM Sportsbook

Another prop targeting the White Sox and this will require them to win by at least 2 runs. The White Sox are 12-4 against the Twins this season, winning by an average of 4.5 runs. With a lopsided pitching matchup too, this looks like a solid play.
